Staff is rude. Specially the girl with the red stencil tattoo on her arm. I had already placed an order and was eating. Decided I wanted an Elote on the stick with hot Cheetos. When I went back up to order. The girl with the red tattoo had her back slightly turned. When I said “excuse me I wanted to order one more thing” she froze and looked at me from the corner of her eye and ignored me. Made no attempt to turn just looked like she wanted to laugh. The girl that was next to her saw her ignore me and immediately jumped to help me instead. Felt super disrespected to have someone pretend they didn’t hear me while staring at me out the corner of their eye looking like they want to laugh. The Elote was ok but had way less hot Cheeto powder than the pictures. But at that point I just wanted to leave so I didn’t bother asking for...

I’ve visited this place several times, and every time, they seem to be out of mango flavor for their Mangonada. This time, I came in, and when I asked for a Mango Mangonada, the staff member told me they didn’t have any mango flavor left but offered to make one with a different flavor. I decided not to order, and my family placed their orders. However, not long after, another couple came in and ordered a Mangonada, and the same staff member made one for them! It’s frustrating that they couldn’t accommodate me, but they had mango flavor available for someone else. This inconsistency really left me disappointed, and I’m not sure I’ll be coming back...

Don't come here if you what to be laugh at my family comes here mostly everyday. My child didn't like the ice cream she told me it tasted bad so I taste it and she was right it was terrible then i went up and told the two lady's that it tasted bad and they laughed and walked away then when I ask for a refund they pretended that they didn't know English they need to be fired i don't who they think they are but I will never be back at this location again and this should be talked about because my child was very disappointed I didn’t know y'all hired terrible people my family really loved this ice cream shop and now I have to look for a different...
