I wanted to make you aware of your employee Gabriela Garcia the manager at your Porter TX location. Being in customer service I am trying to understand your employees lack of customer service. Our office called to place an order via phone for 3 pizzas (separate orders for 3 different employees) When we called to place our orders your manager Gabriela refused to honor the "ANY SPECIALTY PIZZA" for 5.99, she stated that specialty pizzas are 1 topping only, when I explained to her that according to your website and every time we have visited cicis your specialty pizzas consist of multiple toppings, she then began to inform me that if she placed the order and I went to pick up I was gonna be made to pay $12 per pizza and that the coupon states one topping, I went to proceed to read her the coupon and she said that no specialty pizzas only have one topping and when I went to go pick up I was gonna be upset because she wont honor the coupon. The entire time of the conversation not only was she very rude she refused to give me the GMs name or any further information, when I told her to give me a min so I could look up the menu she hung up. I tried calling back and my call would not only get picked up, it would be hung up on. I then called from my cell phone and miraculously a Hello thank you for calling cicis!! When I asked for the managers information she said I am the manager, I asked for her name and she said Gabriela Garcia, I then asked if I could please get the GM information she responded with "if your lucky and call back in the afternoon, you can talk with the GM" I then again asked once more for the GM information she stated this call is being recorded how can I help you? at this point I didn't want to deal with the same person that hung up on me and very rudely refused to take my order during my first initial phone call. Being in customer service I don't understand how you can have someone like Gabriela at the front of your customer service, not only is she rude, she is very unprofessional over the phone and when asked a simple question she refused to give an answer that should be easily provided to any loyal customer that asks, as I asked again for the GMs name she said we are very busy, I don't have time for this sweetie ...
Read moreHORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Over the last few years this place has gone to crap!! Customer service is a thing of the past, at this business! I'm not sure if that's due to negligent ownership or irresponsible management, but they probably won't be in business much longer. After paying $43 for my 5 member family, we walk around the corner and there was almost nothing on the buffet, at about 8:45p.m. and they don't close until 10. So I asked the lady, that was originally at the register, "Where's all the food at?" , because they used to keep a few extra pizzas ready. Her response, along with a rude, sarcastic attitude was "it's in the oven." So I asked if we could order some of the small personal pizzas, I requested 3 bbq and 3 ham and cheddar, she responded with "we only allow 1 per person!" So I said "ok, fine there is 5 of us, so 2 bbq and 3 ham and cheddar", which she told me that it would take about 15 minutes. When the lady brought them out and slapped them down on our table(not saying a word and giving my family 'go to hell looks'), it was 3 bbq and 2 pepperoni(not ham) and cheddar, which the bbq was sooo hot that the cheese actually burned my lip, which caused it to be red, irritated and sting for a while. My husband suggested that we complain to management but I just wanted to get away from that place! If I ever go back to Ci Ci's, it definitely won't be at this location!! I am a medical patient and when I came in to eat yesterday around lunchtime I had my medical card explaining that I can’t each much (~4 ounces) and was requesting a child/senior meal for such reason. Before I could get that sentence out or hand the woman my medical card explaining this, she was already shaking her head no! She reluctantly told me she would honor it and verbalized that this would be the only time that this happened (more than once). She then asked if my partner and I needed drinks, which I told her I did not because I cannot eat or drink at the same time. She still charged me for a drink as a loophole to make me pay full price, as if this extra $3 is going to effect her paycheck somehow. Now, I understand this isn’t a lot of money, however, it is the principal of the matter to me. Had my partner not asked me several times not to go and ask for our money back then I would have. I most likely would have had to fight for that too! As I keep seeing, the woman at the front desk is a reoccurring problem. I’m not sure if she is a manager or not, but she is the short, Hispanic woman that likes to slick her hair back into a bun.
