Supreme Hibachi & Sushi Buffet — Restaurant in Texas

I mean....I hate to say bad things because the lady at the front desk was the sweetest lady. I am 39 weeks pregnant and this was the choice for my 'last meal' before I deliver on Thurs. She was so friendly and asked me how I was feeling and we had a fun little conversation.

However, the food was mediocre, there were dirty plates sitting on the stacks with the clean ones, the floors reminded me of a skating rink carpet from the 80's. Mystery stains galore. The food was okay, far from the best I've had. The salad bar greens were brown around the edges, and the toppings were less than desirable.

There weren't many choices for picky kids. A few slices of pizza, some fries and chicken nuggets. I guess that isn't too terrible being that it's Chinese but of course none of it was what my kid would eat.

There was sushi available as part of the buffet but the choices were extremely limited and only included peanut sauce and then the soy sauce on the tables.

There was also a hibachi grill in the corner as part of the buffet as well. I honestly didn't see it until the end so I can't say anything to that end.

The bathrooms were horrendous. There was no hook on the door to hang a purse from which sounds like nothing but I was NOT putting my purse on that nasty floor. Luckily I carry a hook so I hung it off the wall. The seat and underneath the seat looked like a toddler walked in and peed everywhere. Idk if this was their idea of cleaning or what but it was also all over the floor. Being as pregnant as I am I didn't have a choice to hold it so I wiped up what I could and hovered. My husband said the men's restroom wasn't any better.

All three of my family members absolutely love all the wide variety of food. We have dinned in many time and never at the same hour always different times and different days of the week plus we ordered take out on the days we just don't want to be around anybody but we want good food.. No matter what time of the day it was the food inside on the Buffet bar was very fresh lots of flavor absolutely delicious even when I would get in just to get a take home plate from the bar many times it was just before closing and the food on the bars was very good. My personal favorite is on the dinner buffet which is the coconut shrimp. I've always ordered coconut shrimp from other restaurant and not had good and bad from multiple restaurants all the way from Clear Lake over to Conroe across to Crosby and even up in Lake Livingston so when I say that I have tried many restaurant and when I find that they do have coconut shrimp I have to try it.. Supreme Habachi & Sushi Buffet is by far the best. It hasn't matted how late I get the dinner buffet or if I go in at lunch time and they don't offer the coconut shrimp on the bar I can order it from the kitchen. It is absolutely the very best coconut shrimp you will ever have and I love all the varieties of fresh sushi 🍣 they offer.. I just came here for lunch with my son. When we walked in they had us pay in advance. It cost $30 for him and I for the buffet. The lady told us to sit wherever we wanted so we went and found a table. After waiting so long thinking someone was going to come and get our drink order, nobody ever did so I went to what looked like their side kitchen and made our own drinks because that's what the gentleman at the table next to us said he did too. We then fixed our food and sat down to eat. I will say that their food is very very good! They have the best fried fish I've ever tried and that's weird coming from a Chinese place. However, do know that their flavors are VERY strong. So if you get jalepeno chicken, it's gonna taste like an extremely hot jalepeno. (I couldn't eat it bc it was too hot.)
