Staff is very inattentive both at the drive thru and if you walk inside. I'm constantly kept waiting even if I'm the only customer inside/at the drive up window. On one instance, I saw Staff members look from the back, see me (or pretend not to) and then walk away. I ordered my coffee the girl gave me the wrong coffee. Not a problem until I got the right coffee but it didn't have creamer sugar...
