Came around 8:35 p.m., went through the drive thru no one answered. Went to the door, and it was locked. I went back to the drive thru a young lady finally greeted and told her we had 2 separate orders, and she said ok. She got our 1st order and told us to drive up. we told her we had another order she placed us on hold, mind you, and we are the only customers after a few minutes of silence we just spoke our order she finally answered us we repeated the order and told us they don't have white meat and its a 25 min wait so i changed my order and drove up a man can to the window told me they didn't have tenders it would be 10 minutes I told him that was fine and the young lady was standing on the side of him with attitude on her face. They switched spots, and she asked me my order again. I had to repeat it 3 times to her. And she still got my order wrong. The moral of this long story is that the night shift has NO customer service skills, and if they have an attitude, they shouldn't be working. The food...

Me and my other family members refuse to go back due to our experiences but itâs a short drive from home for my mom. On Sept 15, 2020 - drive through person had horrible customer service. While ordering, asking for exact change at window while not stating the amount, so when she pulled up at window, sheâs was waving the receipt in the air while telling my mom she had to hurry getting exact amount due to a timer being on?!
