I realized that how importance of employee training is for every business. A female Hispanic looking employee is very rude and absolutely terrible behavior. My wife and kids walked in at 9am and request to make meatball sandwiches. Believe me that this is not the first time but the employee said meatball is not ready and my wife would need to come back in 30 minutes. This does sound okay. But imagine that employee has very attitude and giving you a dirty look. And my kids used a cup to drink a water from the beverage dispenser. Kids used a cup which arguably it was for a paid drink. Now this employee is raising her voice and want money from my kids because they used a drink cup. My kids felt very bad and they would not return to this subway anymore. My wife claims that the employee had bad attitude towards to my family in the past. My wife didn’t care much. I ordered 2 sandwiches and they came out to $42 after taxes. Shocked, I asked the employee to explain how my sandwiches got to be so expensive and he could not tell me or show me an itemized list of the costs of add on options such as mozzarella. All he would say is “I’m just an employee” over and over. I was livid, all I wanted was to get my kids some sandwiches after soccer and this guy clearly tried to rip me off.
