7.22.2025: As of today, we have 425 members. Yahoo!!! Welcome to Everest Pickleball Club.
We strive to make it the best experience for you on the courts.
Every August 8, rain or shine, we will celebrate international pickleball.
Party on!
We will decorate the courts with balloons, potlucks, music with a professional DJ.
Come celebrate with us. Yippies!
7.19.2025: We have 4 barriers installed so balls would not roll over from other courts
7.9.2025: All 3 courts were resurfaced last week. Thanks to City of Kirkland. We celebrated tonight with food and our own tournament. The mood is festive and joyful.
6.13.2025 Everest Park Pickleball: A Battleground of Shifting Demographics and Escalating Skill!
The once-vibrant Everest Park pickleball courts are telling a fascinating story of economic tides and evolving communities! A noticeable hush has descended, with fewer crowds dominating the scene these days.
The players themselves reveal intriguing shifts:
The "working stiffs" are being pulled back to their corporate fortresses, their remote work days visibly dwindling. Their absence leaves an undeniable void on the court! In their place, a new, sharper intensity emerges: unemployed tech workers are now grinding on the courts, their anxious expressions hinting at deeper challenges than just a missed shot.
Conversely, housewives are seizing the opportunity, now frequenting the courts with newfound enthusiasm, perhaps finding power and purpose in every volley!
And the steadfast pillars of fun? The self-employed, gig workers, AND the retired are still masterfully enjoying themselves, seemingly impervious to the economic currents swirling around them!
Despite this dramatic shift in who's playing, one truth reigns supreme: the skill level at Everest Park is unequivocally ascending! These courts now boast a cadre of players whose prowess absolutely outshines surrounding pickleball communities. So, while the crowd may be thinner, prepare for a game that's faster, sharper, and utterly thrilling!

Safe neighborhood where kids can make friends, nature walk along the creek, and enjoy! Best for baseball/softball players, batting cages available during games and if no games. Basketball hoop, 4 nice baseball fields, bathroom facilities. Kirkland American Little League put on a great community fan appreciation day in May celebrating 65 years of KALL baseball. Well done! Our family loves this park!...
Read moreIts a nice place, but I really don't understand who approves these play grounds. They are not toddler froendly at all, there was a small slide with not ladders or stairs to climb on. There was a memorizing large red slide which the kids wanted to go on but it was all ropes and the easiest place to go on was blocked by a plactic frame, the weave between the ropes were so far apart towards the slide. One of the kids fell though and their mouth bleed. Love the trails which were bike, stroller and scooter friendly but the park really needs to...
