This place left me speechless and i wish could say for good reasons. Im a door dasher and i noticed they were very very busy the first order i received from them. The first one i went in asked if it was ready they said no, ive been here many times before and this is a regular thing they do get quite a few people here. So i left and went back to my car. If anyone knows the establishment there is a parking lot behind and you have to walk around the building. Well unfortunately im a retired disabled vet and i do not walk as well as i use to, infact i wasnt even supposed to be walking at all according to the doctors and va. But fortunately after alot of work and rehab i can walk short distance with a limp until it becomes to painful. Well after getting back to my car the first time, i called them after about 5 min asking if it was ready. They said yes which from there i went in had to wait a little until one was free but that was about it which again is fairly understandable with my past interactions with them. But then i received a second order from them and when i arrived at the parking lot i noticed they were still busy. So i thought id give them a call again to help them out and myself out with not having to walk all the way there and back. Well when Samantha answered the phone and i asked if my order was ready. She was rude and stated i had to come in and check because they were to busy to walk 5 feet behind them and check if the bag was there. So then she hung up on me after i explained that is why im calling because i noticed how busy they were and that it helps all parties out. So i called back in about 5 min. And got ahold of bri who stated she was the manager, and when i explained everything she gave me extreme attitude, stating i was the only door dash shes ever had problems with everytime i come in and that all the other dashers they have no problems with. Which i stated weve never had problems with one another ive taked many many deliveries here before and this was the first confrontation with them. And i explained how im a disabled vet and she disregarded everything i said and stated i will make sure you are blocked from picking up from here. I was in total disbelief how unprofessional they were about this matter. Being a business owner myself i would be heartbroken if i found out my staff treated customers no matter what type especially veterans. To the owner i record my phone calls so if you ever want to reach out i can get you the recording to this call so you. Im extremely disappointed with this establishment i hope this helps point you all in a...
Read moreYou are truly missing out if you don’t make plans to breakfast here. It’s super clean and inviting, it has a lot of space for large parties, and it’s clean and the people are very very sweet.
They have a full on restaurant menu with a lot of variety, and the service and food were outstanding. I cannot believe that it was so slow. It seems like nobody knows this place exists.
The portion of coffee that you receive is phenomenal and they even have oat milk. They do not offer gluten-free bread except a bun and they do not have dairy free or gluten-free desserts except for one, so we did not get to enjoy the ice cream or the bakery, but cannot be happier and will be definitely coming back!
Also it would be a 5 star no question if the putting on the hash below contained meat. I believe there was an ounce of brisket. Gluten-free and dairy free are also very much in demand these days so they could definitely make desserts and ice cream that would corner the market because the excellence in their bakery can’t be beat for years and years. I don’t want anyone reading this to see that I am complaining I am absolutely not complaining they’re probably was a small flaw in whoever was cooking the flavor of the brisket combined with the caramelized, onions, horseradish, and potatoes...
Read moreLet me start by saying, the food is wonderful. My negative experience has nothing to do with that.
During our meal, a server just came over and grabbed condiments from our table, and then asked if it was okay. Were we using them at the time? No. But there are empty tables she could have borrowed from instead of reaching over our food and interrupting without asking first.
We ordered a blended mocktail, in addition to coffee and our food. We waited and waited for my daughter’s beverage, and when I asked, they kept telling me it was coming. We finished our meal and she still hadn’t received her drink. I went to the bar/counter and the manager was there, who I had already spoken to previously about the situation. I approached him kindly and just expressed my frustrations. I told him how great our food was, but we were STILL waiting on her beverage. He told me he didn’t know and would find out. 10 minutes later, still nothing. I approached the baristas and the cashier said “I made that, someone must have taken it”.
We eventually got our beverage, but I never received an acknowledgment or apology about the situation.
I know it probably won’t matter to the establishment that I never come back. I hate that because the experience ruined my...
