I can’t even leave a star for food. I came for what was seen on the web menu, Country Fried Steak and eggs. Knowing it was in the menu because I’ve eaten it here before, I asked the waitress (who seemed irritated with having to serve my family and I) “What happened to the Country Fried Steak?” Her reply was “We don’t have it. Anyone else?” Not even a Good Morning when approaching the table or recommendation to try something else. Just “What can I get ya’ll?” I decided not to eat, yet my son and wife were hungry so they ordered. Needless to say I was the hungriest one who suggested Kissimmee Diner. The waitress then seemed to be in a better mood and asking to other guests bout her plans once she gets out. Horrible service. And the eggs were sub par to where my son didn’t eat them just the pancake and pathetic sliver of over cooked bacon… along with my ladies under cooked gritty hash-brown side to where she didn’t finish her western omelet. Being a resident of Downtown Kissimmee it’s disappointing to not have a solid breakfast spot anymore.

Found this place by mere accident, I was in the area, it was after 3pm and I hadn’t eaten since morning so I decided to give it a try. I ordered boneless chicken and fries with a glass of tea. I requested half tea with half water, the tea was perfect and Laura kept my glass full throughout my meal. My food was served promptly and was piping hot, the tenders were a wee bit dry but by no Means were they inedible. This place is very quaint and a really great place for a quick bit to meet up with a group of friends or a family night. If you want a bit of “finer dinning” walk next door to Matador. I didn’t try the food there but plan to visit Matador shortly. Once your belly is full, stroll the historical streets Kissimmee and take in all the history this quaint little town has to offer.

Never ever in my life have I experienced not only terrible service but the food is disgusting! I can see why they didn’t have a wait to be seated. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. My friends cheeseburger was served raw (photo attached) My food was cold and had hair in it. The soup is made of water and veggies both chili and chicken noodle soup. The waiter had to be tracked down every time We needed a drink or condiments and when she came to our table her attitude was careless and so rude. No apology for the food being uncooked didn’t say anything but “do you want another one”. Made sure to charge us for everything still without an apology or even acknowledgement. NEVER AGAIN!

I am very saddened by the customer service on March 23rd at approximately 10 a.m. in the morning served by a young lady who has blonde long hair Not naming names I've been coming here quite often per week for 4 years and today I ordered the kissimmee breakfast priced 13.00 plus I asked it I can have my pancakes served alittle after eggs she Replied cant do with an an attitude instead of an apology that would have been nice then I asked if i can switch pancs. For a few potatoes with nasty attitude instead apologizing I then asked for the 6.99 platter when i finally recieved my plate the portion of potatoes was small ,burnt and looked Very old like they been re-served what happened to this place i told her because of her bad attitude and lousy customer service i shall never return she had no respose!! I shall now make the extra trip to International House of Pancakes where you get steak tips, potatoes, pancakes, served 3 eggs cost 10.99 and makes no big deal about timing of when you should have your cakes A hundred times worth the x-mile with better friendly service added to the mix What was thinking ! When i go here for breakfast with my 2 teens brkfst runs 50.00 plus/ do the math for the loss of good customers all because of a quarter not even a half of a...

We used to come here now and then and it was always good. Not sure what happened. Sat outside with 6 other diners waiting for the restaurant to open which they eventually did...about 15 minutes late. Their google time said 7:30, I think the door said 8am, but they unlocked the door at around 8:45. Not a sorry to keep you waiting or anything. Then we waited another 15 minutes to have someone take our order. One of the other couples left bc they were tired of waiting. By the time we had our order taken another couple was already eating theirs. Ordered cappuccino, the waitress didn't even know the machine wasn't working. Watched as another coupled ordered one too, again waiter wasn't informed the machine wasn't working. Eggs were okay, pancakes were horrible, and the home fries tasted like they were fried in the same oil as their fish...at least I hope they serve fried fish. My wife couldn't eat anymore than her eggs. Asked to speak the manager and the waitress said he's busy. As we went to pay I was charged for the coffee I never received or drank. Paid and left ...never to return. There are other places around, I suggest you...
