3 Sisters Speakeasy — Restaurant in Kissimmee

ZERO STARS - I went in to 3 sisters to grab a bite to eat with my 4 kids after picking them up from school. I ordered their food (cheese quesadilla, grilled cheese sandwich, pepperoni pizza, chicken sandwich, mozzarella sticks, and large side of fries for the table) I ordered my meal which was just "Bone-in-wings" as listed on the menu. The waiter brought boneless wings... it's fine.. mistakes happen.. we sent them back and he corrected the issue. The kids food then comes.... my daughter takes ONE bite of the grilled cheese and that was it. She said it smells funny. I smelled it and confirmed it smelled like PUKE. I informed the waiter something was off with the sandwich. He took it off the table immediately. We finish eating and our check later comes and I notice he didn't remove the rancid sandwich from the bill. I asked him does this establishment typically serve foul food and when it gets sent back you guys still charge the customer? He smirked and confirmed yes we do! I signed the check and left. I was uneasy about the interaction so I sent my oldest son back in to get the name of our server. He told my son his name was Alejandro. I called the establishment and explained to the manager on duty our experience only to find out that there is no Alejandro that works there. I describe who our server was and the manager knew immediately who I was referring too (It was the only male working at this time.) He tells me his name is Diego and "he is a new hire and he will have a talk with him but you know how it is.. good help is hard to find these day".... as if I am suppose to accept this!? Disgusting. It's a shame I've been to this place several times. **Don't waste your money here... go across the street to the Italian Joint or Buchito or Broadway Pizza. I personally will not...

What a disaster!! They should fire all their staff and let the DJ run the place and hire new staff. We came when it was moderately busy. The DJ had not set up yet but he greeted us. We waited but could not get any of the wait staff to notice us so decided to leave and as we were walking out the DJ asked why we are leaving i said we want to eat but the staff aren’t noticing us. He said “hang on” and he got us a table and menus. He asked one of the waitresses to help us. She said she will be back to take our order and vanished. 45 min later she was still ignoring us so we called over one of the other waitresses asking if we can order our drinks. She took our order. Our waitress dropped off the drinks and rushed off. At this point the restaurant was emptying out. 30 min pass and our waitress still hasn’t returned. We called over the one who took our drink order and asked if we can order food and she said she can’t help us because she got in trouble for helping a table outside of her section and she will send our waitress over. Another 35 min and nothing. By this point more than half of this place is completely empty. We tried waving our waitress over and saying “excuse me!” Whenever she walked by but she kept ignoring us. After being there for 1hour and 40 min we got fed up and walked up to the bar asking to pay our bill. The only reason we stayed that long is because the DJ was great. This place doesn’t deserve him. We ended up going to eat next door and had a good meal there. I hope the DJ realises his worth and goes to work somewhere better because he’s talented at what he does and this “restaurant” is an...

We have been going to 3 Sisters for years, however lately things been getting worse and worse, so last night we went there and the food was really lackluster, the flatbread pizza that I ordered it was not as describe and my wife's fish tasted like something you get frozen out of Walmart and reheated it. I sent the pizza back and it came back as described.

The biggest problem was the check ice charge: At the Bar 3 Single Crown Royal on the Rocks at the bar Price: 25.50 + $9.00 (ice surcharge)

On the Table Same 3 drinks on the table Price: 25.50 no scammy ice surcharge

When I complained to the manager she removed the surcharge but not before saying that the waiter should have charged us for the ice surcharge as well and then the worst part is that she had the audacity to get mad our very nice waiter. I am our waiter was nothing but great and understanding. In fact, the service at the table was the only positive thing I have to say about last night. The management ire was completely misplaced and they should given the bar tender the talk for charging an ice surcharge instead of getting mad at our waiter. I hope that the owners see this and correct this shady tactic.

Unfortunately and this makes me sad to say, but this place seems to be going downhill from the quality of the food to scammy ice surcharges and managers not getting the point that it looks really bad when they charge people for ice.
