Brinson Park — Attraction in Kissimmee

Normally great fishing! But I believe for the past month or so there's been a great deal of hydrilla. It's also a really nice place to picnic. My husband and I live just a couple blocks down and we ride our bikes quite frequently in this area as well as the Lakefront Park when there is no construction. You'll have to drive the back way to get to the actual Lakefront Park because Lake Shore Drive is closed for renovation. Lakefront Park is a lot prettier and wonderful 4 get-togethers, playing at the playground. Several Pavilions are available. The restrooms are very very clean. They do have a nice concession stand for quick snacks, Pizza, hot dogs, barbecue sandwiches, and of course ice cream for the kids. It is very easy to find. The fishing is very nice here as well. Enjoy if you're in the mood for a nice relaxing day. No alcoholic beverages and smoking areas are limited. Which I personally think is great seen it is a family...

Beautiful quiet place...to sit and enjoy nature...lots of birds a few gators...people fish...others prefer to be around with their families...I have seen people reading books....or walking....doing exercises even...rising bicycles or skateboards...I personally like to photograph nature and birds...it's well maintained...also have bathrooms and handicap parking...people are friendly....the one thing I would recommend....is to not feed the wildlife un particular gators...I have seen some people doing it when it clearly says on the signs not to do it....if you are close...come by...you...

Such a shame. It's so beautiful and yet the water was dirty and the odor awful. I don't understand why you have a "kid's park" and it was locked! Such a shame the dock area. I used to see beautiful sunsets there, but now the odor of dead fish and other junk in the water doesn't let you enjoy it. And, last but not least.... all bathrooms were locked also, although by the bad odor coming from there you can imagine how it must be inside. My grandson couldn't wait and had to pee in...
