OMG!!!!!!!!!! I have been enjoying Popeyes chicken since before I was born was in my mother’s belly. My mother enjoyed Popeyes while she was in her mother’s belly. With that being said, I expect to come to Popeyes and get what I order and I deserve to be treated with respect as a customer as anyone else. I spent $77.22 and The drive thru lady was so rude and she’s smart mouthed me while taking my order. When I arrived at the window, she called me Mrs. difficult. She Put so much strawberry syrup inside of my lemonades it could have given us diabetes. I asked for my order to be made fresh so she parked me and that’s when I noticed the lemonades were Entirely too sweet So I took them back inside, thankfully, just to see that she was giving me old food as they were preparing the fresh chicken. There was a young lady taking orders at the front counter named Ms Arnessa and she is the only reason I am satisfied. Ms Arnessa went over and beyond to make sure I had fresh food and she even remade my lemonades the correct way. It’s like she already knew I was going to say they were too sweet so this couldn’t have been the first complaint. I’m not sure if the young lady From the drive-through is racist towards Black people or what but she does not need to be working in this type of environment if she is going to treat people this way. She tried, forcing the old food on me after Ms Arnessavalready said she would take care of me. She tried to fight me to top it off. Ms Arnessa Needs a raise and a promotion immediately! I have never been treated with such great customer service and Humbleness. Everyone in that building can learn something from that young lady because she treated me so well along with the rest of the customers. All of those other females in there were so rude and disrespectful and laughed in my face and spoke Spanish, so we couldn’t understand them. I don’t appreciate this because I was born here and I demand the respect that I deserve and for my hard earned money. We need more people like Ms Arnessa in the world. Thank you Ms Arnessa! Your humbleness and great customer service is why I will return. I would have given this place five stars but the three stars is...
Read moreI placed my order for the Buena Ventura location at 9:01pm (Order #44) I went with my husband to pick up the food at 9:26pm. When we arrived to the store, the employees were outside, we drove up to the window and no one answered us. So, we drove around the parking lot, and went around to the window again and Melody yelled to us “we are closed”. My husband asked her how they were closed when we placed an online order and paid for it. When we asked how we go about getting my refund, and initially was advised that the money would be refunded automatically onto my card. When I asked, how? And said that I needed some sort of proof. Melody directed us inside to speak with the person at the register. When we entered the establishment, the girl at the front originally said she could not find our order and then proceeded to ask her Shift Leader, Melody; how to get the refund online? Neither worker had any idea how to go about it. I was told that I needed to go online, and then told to go in and speak with the GM or I could come tomorrow and pick up food. I was then told that I needed to contact corporate office. Then, the young lady in the front, at 9:46pm tells me that order #44 was picked up. I told her “how?” When I placed my order at 9:01pm and it is now 9:46pm?. She then proceeded to explain to me that the orders that are picked up don’t move to the other screen unless they press a button to transfer. I explained to her that this was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Not only were they not helpful, she then proceeds to tell me that I picked up my order an hour ago, which was impossible since I placed the order 44mins prior to arriving at the store. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional establishment, and would much rather have a refund than ever purchase from this location ever again. The lack of knowledge and the fact that there wasn’t even a GM at the location to help with a situation explains why the employees were outside claiming to be closed. Don’t even waste your time...
Read moreTo be honest worst experience ever. My boyfriend and I wanted to eat at this restaurant not knowing there was one near by. They were understaffed ( which I know from years of being in the food industry it has happened no biggie). An employee ( later finding out he works in maintenance), had to get napkins from walmart because they didnt have enough supplies. Then the lady who cashed us out was a bit rude, and we were waiting for our lids because they didnt have any stacked on the drink area ( it happens, low in staff-i get it been there). We got our food, no problem whatsoever, enjoyed the meal. But when we were about to leave headed to the parking spot we saw something blocking our car. There was a car parked infront of our car. We went back inside, asked who it was- and it was the guy who bought the napkins from walmart. And he yelled saying that you guys parked in the managers spot ( he was maintenance , nit even wearing any uniform whatsoever). And told us we were wrong to park there , when by no means there was no sign of that-and there was a prior customer parked there before we did. The guy rudely told us that he did that to teach us a lesson but he had all these parking spaces that you can see in this picture. What kind of management person would park their car so lowly like that. Ive worked in the food industry for years but what ive experienced yesterday-save yourself the hassle, this restaurant has to be the worst of the worst.
And yes this is the car of the employee of this restaurant saying thats manager parking when in fact there was no signage whatsoever on...
