Vittoria Pasta & Pizza Co. — Restaurant in Kissimmee

Ugh… I’m not entirely sure where to begin…

The restaurant itself: Clean. Basically empty and devoid of any soul or flair. No bonus points for the random NY baseball paraphernalia.

The service: the guy at the counter was nice enough. Smiled. Was diligent, polite, and appeared to be hardworking.

The food: nothing is as it seems. Look at the website, and it looks amazing. Exceptionally high quality, professional photos. The food in person: overly greasy and salty, toppings didn’t stay on the pizzas at all, and the crust had a good bite to it but was completely blonde and lacked any sort of crunch.

Nothing but false advertising and lies. Shame. I doubt they’ll be open in the next 6 months if they stay this way.

Edit: Repeatedly calling me isn’t going to change this into a positive review. No, I don’t want to talk. I will never be returning to your establishment again. My stomach still hurts 2 hours later from eating that...

Ordered delivery. Only half the order arrived. Drove to restaurant told them what I was missing they blamed it on the slice system. I wanted the missing food and some type of refund but due to language barrier he did not understand what I was saying plus he was to busy on the phone with what sounded like personal business. I finally got what I was missing but no refund. As far as the food I asked for the pizza to be well done and it was under cooked. Very disappointed with everything.
