I know from experience, these people are.. well some of them are good people. some cant cook, serve, or even handle register to save their lives. however to comment on the post above about the employees barely speaking english or them being in highschool, this is not true. ALL employees at this site speak FLUENT english... most do not speak spanish very well but they have english down packed :D. as far as them being in school there are possibly 4 employees from each shift put together that are in school. the rest are very well educated as well though... dont down people you dont know.. i know many of them personally and had the pleasure of working with them. they are AWSOME team members. the problem is not all of the employees. the problem is the management. they cannot help it if people come back to back ordering 12 piece meals, of course they wont have every peice of chicken if that happens, they cannot help it if they do not have many coleslaws either, do you realize that it takes 14 hours for the coleslaw to be available for purchase? do you have any idea how hard it is to keep up with orders when you have managers blowing fire down your back, customers bickering about this that and the other, employees getting frustrated with one another when it isnt even their fault? it is hard to hear the people speaking... it is hard to keep up with this all. give them a bit of slack.. soon enough they will get new management and you will see their true...
Read moreThis place is absolute trash. The employees couldnt care less. I was the only in line and ordered a 5 pc tender box that comes with 2 sides. One mash potato and i asked them to switch the cole slaw with mac and cheese. This incompetent girl charged me $18 for the stuff i ordered which was the price, but gave me 2 $5 fill up boxes. I go around to see the menu again to see if i was wrong (which i wasnt, it most definitely comes with 2 sides) then when i go up to the window to tell them they gave me the wrong order, she proceeds to tell me that the box only comes with 1 side, when the menu CLEARLY showed it came with 2. She tells me that it only comes with one and that i would have to pay for the side. I come to this location pretty often and almost everytime they either get my order wrong, and have terrible customer service skills. They're just really disgusting and rude. The girl in charge was very condescending as if we didnt know what we ordered and how much we paid. I was instructed to park in a designated parking spot and pick up my order inside. When I got there I was told I had to go through the drive thru to pick up my order. The line was extremely long but I waited. Once I got to the window I was told my order was not ready and to park and wait. I ended up waiting for an hour after I placed my order and when I did get it the chicken was almost completely skinless and the fries weren’t filled up all the way.
