Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

They can never cook the bottom correctly it was whiter then white bread it self ..!!! Then the cheese being cooked shows they using broiler to melt the cheese and top crust for color to be fooled the bottom is soft chewy and nasty texture and color !!!

I asked for it to run 3x to make crust at bottom well done and melted cheese They did this on my request many few times at different locations…

I even told the women I’ll be checking it out Because I realize looking at the restaurant workers, they were eager to leave they were cleaning up. It was like 930 at night ballpark so I’m assuming they were trying to get out of there and rush things. Not realizing after I told him I was gonna check the pizza up upon my request on how I would like it I’m not gonna be the person who’s gonna sit there and argue or dispute with the workers I’m just gonna write a review and send pictures to corporate And I’m a type of person who will dispute the charges on my account for a proof and evidence that my service and request for product was not given

And as for the extra grease, that was all around not a good flavor not the same as a pizza grease that you’re getting in the New York slice

Was at the store at 10:20 pm (please check cameras) Tried to ask employees for help regarding one of the deals online. After being ignored for about 5 minutes, One employee finally decided to help me order since this was the first time I've ever ordered from Little Caesars. It was 10:31 pm it was too late to order online. Employee said "it is not my problem you took to long to order. You can pay full price or get the deal tomorrow" I was going to get the four-in-1 pizza, m&m brownies and a 2 liter of pepsi.The issue was not the $18 that I was getting ready to spend. The issue was the disrespect from the employee. Also the fact that nobody could help me with my questions. Lastly was told there was no manager on duty that could help me. I will never be returning to this store if that's how employees are allowed to treat a brand...

Today 11/26/23 I have to wait 15 minutes until am enter to the store, the manager or nobody are available to take orders on the front, the manager was working with pizzas and when him family got to the counter I ask about how I can order because nobody coming to greeting customer or take the orders and he been really rude and ir respectful to me, he after that trying to explain he working short of staff and had to do every order of pizzas, never apologize for his attitude and bad behavior, there are 3 more employees doing nothing back the counter , never recommend this store and I never be back, if people don’t like their job had to quit and leave the position for the right person, managers are the head of the restaurant if they don’t do a good job the others don’t...
