Spacious, Convenient, and Perfect for Families!
We recently stayed at Wyndham Vacation Resorts Reunion while attending my daughter’s AAU National Championship basketball tournament and also enjoyed a few magical days at Walt Disney World—this location was absolutely perfect for both!
We stayed in a 3-bedroom condo that overlooked one of the many pools and was just steps away from the family-friendly splash pad area. The condo was beautiful—spacious, well-kept, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved having a full kitchen, a dining area for family meals, and a stackable washer and dryer, which came in so handy during our tournament stay.
Because the resort spans over 23,000 acres, they provide a free shuttle service, which we found incredibly helpful. The “Ride Reunion” app is easy to use and made scheduling pickups a breeze. You can track shuttles in real-time and plan your day without stress.
Some great on-site highlights: • Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course (a must-visit for golf enthusiasts) • Seven Eagles Pool Pavilion, which includes a large pool, two relaxing hot tubs, and a poolside bar & grill offering food and drinks—great for unwinding after a long day. • Multiple pools scattered throughout the resort, including a splash pad for kids and a quieter adult pool for peaceful lounging. • Fitness centers, walking paths, and tennis courts add to the resort’s family-friendly and active vibe. • Access to a water park (separate fees may apply) for an added splash of fun.
Pro Tips: • Download the Ride Reunion app as soon as you arrive—this saves time and makes navigating the resort stress-free. • If you plan to visit Disney, the resort’s location puts you just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. • Book a unit with a pool or golf course view—the scenery is beautiful, and it’s worth it. • Stock up on groceries at nearby stores and use the full kitchen to save on meals. • Enjoy your mornings on the large balcony, which is perfect for relaxing with coffee before heading out for the day.
This was one of the best family resort stays we’ve experienced—convenient, well-located, and full of thoughtful amenities. Whether you’re coming for a tournament, the theme parks, or just a relaxing Florida escape, Wyndham Reunion is an...
Read moreWe stayed at the Wyndham resort timeshare area near the water park. The rooms where three bedrooms three bath and plenty of space for the family. The rooms were nice but need renovation, we found the ceiling had damage and the windows were chipping away almost like it had water Damage. I found screws and a drill bits by the living room TV. Everything else was clean and nice.
The water park is wristband only and no food or drinks are permitted. The water park had plenty of seating and shade and you get one towel per wristband. The poolside bar was fantastic with great bartenders and decent prices. You are actually allowed to bring drinks inside the pool which was a first for us and not a great idea. You will find many cups floating and cans sitting on the side of the pool. As for the pool/lazy river the water was not too warm or cold and never felt too crowded. The water slide is fun but a little rough on your back.
The big issues with the pool is the maintenance it needs. The rock area is coming up and the pool floor needs resurfacing bad. The floor is coming up and leaving sharp spots. As for the jets on the side of the pool some are missing covers and caught my back many many times. Please refurbish the pool!!!! The slide attendant needs to watch kids going down instead of being on their phone.
The kids area is a nice splash area but needs TLC also with my broken features and sand in the middle that has not been vacuumed or brush and is actually green.
This resort would of got 5 stars but...
Read moreNot the happiest visit so far and only got here two days ago. Internet is terrible, beds are falling apart, and no one answers the phones. The golf cart service is worthless is no one answers the phone. The pools look nice even though we have to drive to them.
As I said with the internet, we can’t even check emails or social media since the wifi router is intermittent and the mobile is spotty.
Wyndham told us this meeting was mandatory since we haven’t been to one. Of course it’s not, but we came to at least talk to someone about the bed, the shuttle service and internet. So far, not a big help.
Reason it even got two stars is the room is nice, beds that aren’t broken are comfortable, and the pools are nice.
We’ve been in several Wyndhams over the past 10 years and this is the worst experience. We will stick with the other resorts we’ve stayed in...
