Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa Building #2 — Hotel in Kissimmee

We arrived and got into the room it smelled like moldy carpet. The actual carpet had glass and a rusty earring. My sister ripped her toe nail off when she fell from the water that was leaking from the fridge. My mother has a shard of glass in her foot. The room had German cockroaches. There was mold in the room. my sister-in-law almost stepped on a rusty earring. And the staff were not supposed to acted like everything was our fault when it wasn't. It was their cleaning service and maintenance team that were supposed to do their jobs. My brother found mystery stains that looks like blood that was bleached out. Leftover food on the dishes and in the cabinets. The staff at the front desk was speaking in Spanish not knowing that my sister speaks fluent Spanish calling her and my other sister a fat b and a white b and that's including the manager who is laughing along with it and saying the same things. I just don't understand how a place where you're supposed to come and stay to relax on a vacation can be so disgusting and disrespectful to its customers. The manager's name was Catalina and she was very rude and then had one of the regular stuff that has no title sizing my sisters up and down and treating them horrible. In my honest opinion if you want to have a relaxing vacation to have fun with your family definitely do not stay at this hotel save your money and definitely do yourself the favor of saving yourself the time, the money and the experience of completely being treated like...

The pictures look nice but dont let that deceive you. Lets start with the inside. The ice maker was broken. We called someone to fix it and after they showed up it remained broken our entire stay. I had to walk down to the Irish pub twice and ask for ice. Then the sheets provided for the pull out bed didnt fit so I had to put the blanket on it and use the smaller sheet to cover my 5 y/o. In the middle of the night the master bathroom toilet started to have loud forceful air bubbles come out of it. Extremely weird but it was very loud!! Then on top of that the room was lit up all night by the street light because the blinds didnt cover the top portion of the windows. Once we went to the pool the slide attendant decided to take an hour long break at 8pm when the pool was packed and all the kids at the pool couldn't get on. The pool towels were empty also!! I finally called front desk to get slide to reopen. Tried to buy a soda and couldn't because there is a $10 minimum to use your debit card. I should be able to buy a soda when im paying to stay here. If your looking for a condo style hotel I would recommend Floridays. Doesn't have the cool pirate slide but the overall experience...

The hotel is in an odd location. I didn't realize it was even the hotel when I first arrived because the building is in a strip mall next to stores at restaurants, like Pizza Hut Express. I thought that it was an apartment complex, at first. However, the rooms are priced reasonably and are decent value if you are staying at the hotel for a short stay or for business. I am not sure I would choose it for a vacation, but, the property is family-friendly and includes amenities such as a pool, complimentary shuttle service to the parks (if you book 24-hours in advance online using the promo code they provide when you check in), and the location is close to a ton of great shopping and restaurants...especially at the nearby outlet mall.
