I am a frequent customer and today while placing my normal order of a zensation salad for myself and my coworker I experienced a terrible encounter. When I returned to my office I realized that I was given the incorrect salads. I called the store and spoke to Rose she stated she was the manager. She told me that my only option was to come back to the store to give me the correct salads and refund for the inconvenience. I arrived to the store snd Rose passed me on to another manager named Tanairi because she did not want to accommodate my request of giving me the correct salads and my refund. I found this action very unprofessional due to the fact that she spoke to me on the phone and said she would refund me and make the correct salads. The staff seemed very unpleasant should work on having a better approach when dealing with these situations. Rose and Tanairi refused to make the new salads and yelled towards the kitchen to not make the salads if I wanted a refund. I was confused because the conversation on the phone was different. Finding myself in this situation I wanted to avoid confrontation because I felt like they where ganging up on me. I asked for a refund so I could leave quickly while waiting for this refund I had paid with a visa but some how I was given cash back. I asked why the cash and Tanairi simply gestured with her hands that she didn't know how to work the register and it had turned off. I'm very disappointed and I will not be returning. I placed my order for the location in the amount of $69.83. Upon receiving my food.I noticed immediately I was missing items. They never sent over my 6 cookies, the large and x-large tea barely had ice when I ordered extra ice. They forgot the nibbles. The lettuce in the salad was brown. The salad was missing ingredients like the fried onions. The tenders and fries were like warm at best it’s like no love was put into this and I hate that. Like I think people forget they are customers outside of work. Upon calling, let’s make this clear I never wanted a refund I wanted my order to be replaced but upon talking Micheal the rude manager at the store, he asked if I would like a refund or my order replaced I then ask would I have to come and pick it up because if so then I couldn’t be able to due to the fact that I’m at work. He then said they wouldn’t be able refund due to the large amount of the missing items which was confusing. Because he had just stated he could process the refund.
I then asked for his GM or cooperate number because at this point I’m highly upset. He stated that he was the highest it went. He stated that cooperate number should be on the receipt and it was not on the receipt he then put me hold for about 10mins before another manger getting on the phone. In Kissimie is horrendous, very non shalont, and when emails after phone calls with missing and uncomplete orders are billed. The General manager calls me from her ( so called personal) cell phone clearly sounding the par of whats right. Then once called or should I say !
