Badger's Island Pizza — Restaurant in Kittery

Quaint little pizzeria on the river. Parking seems to be limited, but I didn't have an issue because it wasn't very busy when we were there. We ordered a large cheese pizza for the kiddos and a large Greek pizza for us. The kids usually never finish an entire large pizza, but they had no problem eating every morsel of this one. They said it was the best cheese pizza they've ever had. As for the Greek pizza, I really enjoyed it. It could have been cooked a little bit longer because the crust wasn't quite as crunchy as I like, but I didn't request this upon ordering so it really wasn't a big deal. Ingredients seemed to be fresh. Only thing I would recommend is that they seriously need disposable cups with lids for the kids because my kids ended up spilling their drinks four times in total before we finished eating. Other than all of that craziness, it was good, but not sure it was worth it due to the messiness and soaked clothes we had to endure due to lack of kid...

Where has all the customer service gone? Badgers Island has forgotten that quality and treating the customer with respect are important. They took over an hour to deliver food. Pizza was sloppy, cold and overpriced. Fries were cold and floppy.We are located exactly ten mins from them.The delivery driver said they were doing us a flavor delivering to us because we are just outside there area. Not enjoy your food or thank you Wow!!! I'm sorry we were an inconvenience to your business.I guess an almost $60 order and 20% tip to the delivery driver was not hood enough for them. I have ordered 15 pizzas numerous times for work tipped over 20% and ordered on a regular basis which U have delivered to my home. I will never order food from Badgers Island again!!! I will share my experience and encourage everyone at work to order from other places that put the customer first and that have not forgotten something called...

Never ever again... Worst costumer service..We just moved to our house and after a day of working and evening of renovation we decided to order from here. This is our second time ever having anyone deliver here and no one had a problem the first time. I realized it was getting past the time they said they would be here and when I went to look at my phone I had two missed calls from a Maine number. I called back immediately and no answer.. Called Badgers island pizza and was greeted with the delivery man who was horribly horribly rude, scolded me saying how he couldn't find our house and I kept him waiting and said I had to come down to get our pizza. We had no intention on inconviencing anyone. When I went there whoever the girl was behind the counter was incredibly sarcastic. Being to exhausted to argue I sat in my car, cried then drove home. Order somewhere...
