Abby's Legendary Pizza — Restaurant in Klamath Falls

Im not trying to bash this place but i just wanted to say this to let everyone be aware of the issues we had with this location. Staff have terrible communication skills. I had made an order for delivery and asked before i made my order if the person doing the delivery could bring change for $100, i then had the staff member confirm this request after i told them my order. They said the wait would be 45 minutes but i waited patiently for over a hour just for them to bring the food but not have any change. The person had to go back and get change so i called and very nicely let them know that my food is most likely going to be cold, i also let them know about the staffs communication skills so they had offered me a card for a free pizza, we said great thank you! Delivery person returned and i politely asked for the card that was for the free pizza just for them to say "i have no idea, they havent been telling me any of this" i said thats fine have a good night. I call back Abbys to speak to the manager and explained the issues i had prior to even receiving the food and she was extremely rude!!! Talk about terrible customer service too.... I was being very nice and i wasnt trying to get anything free out of it although it was nice for them to offer at LEAST. After she gave me some major attitude i said thank you but this is all a little ridiculous and the manager hung up on me!!! Food was disgusting to be honest boneless wings were super undone/soggy, the only dessert they had was extremely hard bread with the tiniest bit of frosting on it... First and last ill ever spend any type of money or time at this place.. Pizza was definitely not legendary either.... Thank you for reading my feedback and if you do decide to order from here i hope its much more pleasant than what i had...

Easily five stars! It is heartwarming to walk into a place where it’s evident that the staff has genuine regard for one another; a very positive and congenial culture. Abby’s Legendary Ale is fantastic. Alone or with food, it’s one of the best beers I’ve had and I can knock them back. They close a little later than other eateries, but what really sets them apart? They warmly welcome you even if it’s 28 minutes until closing. How cool is that in a day and age when customer service is at a globally, collective low. The pizza is excellent! The sandwiches and wings are good. There are a few arcade games and a sweet fireside table. The place is CLEAN. Again, the ambiance is noteworthy particularly because of the friendly, hard working and hospitable staff. While it’s a casual pizza place, the staff’s enthusiastic mood elevates the place....

Horible service. Ordered online called and corrected my address and was told they never got my order and that "I ordered at the other abbys". Then I called again to confirm I did order at the campus abbys and got hung up on. The third time i called they said they found my address and that everything was fine and my pizza should be here soon. So i waited a whole hour before they called me and handed me off to there manager because there was no answer at the address they went to (the wrong address again). Gave them my address once again and told me that they did not deleiver to my address and id have to call the other abbys. Thanks for a waste of time. 20 weeks pregnant...
