Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Klamath Falls

We showed up a little over an hour before they closed. I walk up and the blonde lady goes “what do you want?”. I asked for a bowl. She said “sure, but we are putting stuff away so we only have 1 rice choice, 1 bean choice, and 1 meat choice” and the proceeded to put them in the bowl. When we got to the toppings I asked for cheese. With a sassy tone she pointed at an empty container and said “we are out”. My fiancé who went after me didn’t hear me ask for cheese, so when he did she sighed very loudly and says “I’ll go check” and she came back with cheese!

So not only did we get a very sour attitude from an employee, but this location barely serves any food even during their hours of service. I get it if it was within a half hour of them closing, but they were still open for another hour! Very disappointed with the 3 ingredient bowl and the attitude from that employee. I want to give this review because everyone keeps being a hater and I don’t understand why. I ordered 2 steak burrito bowls yesterday, using the mobile order option. My food was ready on-time. I conveniently picked it up in the drive through Chipotlane. The staff was super friendly. They made sure to follow my label instructions for both bowls which made it easier for me to know who’s food was who’s. The bowl was heavy! It was packed with deliciousness and they did NOT skimp. I ate half of it for dinner and then saved the rest for lunch for today. I was extremely satisfied. I only paid about $11 for each bowl and was able to make 2 meals out of it. It was delicious! Food and service here was great! Honestly everyone complaining and leaving one star reviews when they know darn well that this location literally just opened and employees are still learning should be ashamed of themselves. But I would expect nothing less from KF. Whenever something new comes to town including people we like to shame and bully them until given a reason to trust them and that includes businesses. Was it perfect? No! But it’s a new business you can’t expect things to be perfect. Let the people learn before you go shredding their business. Who cares how much the CEO makes he has nothing to do with this location. The people working here are your neighbors, family, and friends and they’re still learning.
