T.J. Maxx — Local services in Klamath Falls

Watch out. They asked me if I wanted a "REWARDS CARD" that I could save 10% off. I said sure. I have rewards cards for many stores. Petco, Autozone, ect. So started the process. And low and behold its NOT a rewards card... it was a CREDIT CARD... I told her that is misleading. Just beware, just a tricky way of getting your personal information under the guise of a REWARDS CARD.. I liked the store until this... maybe it was just the cashier not knowing the difference between a Credit card and...

Went there today around noon and we were followed by 3 different employees all around the store, I understand it’s their job to let customers know their presence only if they think someone is about to shoplift. Stereotyping and judging others can make customers feel harassed. I’m sure it was the manager on duty that was one of the employee that was following us around, And this is not the first time this has happened to us while shopping...

I did not buy anything today but the associates were friendly and the store was very clean.

The only problem was I noticed they only had 1 checker checking out about 9 groups waiting to pay. The store had at least 4 other associates on the sales floor and no one helped checkout...
