The most amazing food truck EVER! Hubs and I stopped in while passing through and we cannot say enough about how delicious this was. Definitely the best food truck at The Falls. I always feel very white when I order their "gringas", but they are awesome. Kind of a crunchy cross between street tacos and a quesadilla in the best possible way, with fillings sandwiched between two corn torillas that they cook until crispy on their grill.
