Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Knob Noster

I placed an order ahead order on the app, I showed up about 15 minutes late for my food. No big deal, I was expecting the food to be cold, and my ice cream to be a little melted. I got there checked in on the app, they bring out my food, guy who brings out my food sits there for a second expecting a tip. I had already put one on the app for him. So he goes back inside and I start to try to eat my food, the large chili cheese tots I ordered barely had any chili on them, and maybe had enough tater tots to be a medium. My small blast had a hole in the bottom of it, so it leaked all of my car. I rung back in and asked for a small cup just so it didn't leak more. And the mozzarella sticks, granted cold because I showed up late, but tasted so bad, like the grease in the fryers were not filtered. Worst sonic experience I have ever had. Very nice husband doesn't like to order my food CAUSE I'M super picky. I don't like talking OVER him. Cause it to hard for them to hear correctly. They never get my food order right. I seen a young lady walking by. I said excuse me ma'am can you please come here. She said sure, came over and I asked her if she could take my order. She said I'd be happy to let me go in and get some paper. She came right back out to our car & read it back to us and our order came out hot fresh delicious and it was correct. Extremely disappointed you’d think for a place serving majority drinks that they’d be able to make them right. I try to ask for light ice every time I go because watered down soda is nasty but every time I receive a drink full of ice. I tried asking them to remake it but when the lady came back with another drink full of ice I just left. Not only that but I stopped tipping because of this and they even made my drink with root beer once and I hate root beer. And twice in a row I got a boba drink without a boba straw, so that was awesome. Very simple to do light Ice idk how it’s never been made right even when you’re tipping well.
