Amigo's & Beer Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Knoxville

We asked to have our food replaced which was for my husband: A taco salad with only steak, shredded lettuce and melted cheese. Mine: Fajita Taco salad With Steak and chicken mixed with no onions and no pico. When we gotten home to eat our food, there was onions in both of our taco salads, then my she'll tasted like soap!!! I'm Fatally highly allergic to onions!!!! This makes the 2nd time this has happened to us. The 1st time we were in there the male manager didn't even write down our order and then brought out someone else's food order!!! Very disorganized!!!! Unprofessional and just plain doesn't care. We will not ever be back!!!! This was the last and final straw. My food tastes like soap, are you seriously trying to kill people and then if that's not bad enough you put onions in my food and my husband's. Are you seriously trying to kill me?

This business needs to be shut down for good with how poorly they run the restaurant and how poorly disorganized they are.

Never in my life, have I ever had this much of an issue. Wow!!!...

First off let me start off by saying that the "sanitation" was non-existent. I noticed that once people left it honestly looked like the bus boy was wiping the table with just a watered towel, My menu had food from someone previously I guess almost every page was covered with a different type of food, but I let this slide since i saw the reviews and was willing to give it a shot (I should have looked more closely to the more negative reviews). Secondly, I'm not even 100% sure they washed the silverware, the first fork that came to me had a piece of rice stuck between the the grates. Now, I ordered the 3 for $5.50 Chicken tacos which I thought was a great deal. My order came out wrong and it was ground beef, Since I was tired from being on the road all day, I let this slide. The ground beef was so horrible, it honestly tasted like wet dog food (yes, I ate dog food before, don't ask) Now my stomach is upset writing this not even an hour after leaving the establishment. 0 out of 10 DO NOT...

WAS THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD I'VE EVER HAD!!AND I'M VERY PICKY,I GREW UP IN CHICAGO IL. WHERE THERE'S GOOD FOOD ALL OVER CHICAGO LAND & AMIGOS WAS BETTER THAN ANYTHING IN CHICAGO!!WE GOT A SIDE OF RICE & BEANS & BOTH WERE SO FRESH, THE RICE WAS TENDER & FULL OF FLAVOR,& IDK IF I'VE EVER HAD BEANS WITH SUCH FLAVOR!!WE ALSO GOT STEAK TACOS,THEY MAKE THEIR STEAK IN THICKER STRIPS,THEY WERE FRESH,TENDER MEAT,& FULL OF FLAVOR!! TORTILLAS WERE COOKED TO PERFECTION!!WAS SO AMAZING THE FIRST DAY WE WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY & ATE THE EXACT SAME MEAL,THE ONLY THING DIFFERENT WAS THE STEAK TACO WE GOT FOR OUR DOG!!LOL..AND WE WERE EXPECTING THE FOOD TO TASTE A LIL DIFFERENT,THAT MAYBE IT WAS FRESH BECAUSE THEY JUST MADE IT,BUT WE WERE WRONG!!
