One of the best restaurant's in Knoxville! Everything hits at 100% from impeccable service as soon as you walk in the door to the elegant space and exceptional food. The bar is great to grab a drink while you wait with a fantastic selection of bourbon and imaginative takes on classic cocktails.

While the former version of BBTT was very good, the new iteration of the restaurant has taken things to a new level. I love the Japanese and Korean influences on classic Southern and French dishes.
