Based on a Reddit post, my husband and I went last night to the Babylon International Market just before it closed. The owner (I think) was behind the counter chatting with some other customers while we browsed the aisles. There are so many interesting finds! We hadn’t gotten a cart so ended up making a couple of trips up front to deposit our bounty and went back for more. When we made our way to the register, we were greeted so warmly and with such enthusiasm for our choices. He made some suggestions and gave me one of his favorite candies. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the kindest employee, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He took the time to show us a wide array of sweets, drinks, and snacks, making the shopping experience so enjoyable.
The store itself is incredibly neat and well-organized, making it easy to explore their impressive selection. I also tried their homemade pita bread, and it was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to come back and try their sandwiches—they're definitely next on my list. Babylon International Market is a must-visit....

We also grabbed a Dubai chocolate bar. I love that Knoxville has a spot to try something so special and internationally beloved. It was, of course, delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We can’t...
