If I could give these guys six stars, I would, cause that would show just how much these guys go above and beyond to be the best game store and console repair shop around. I came into this store one day with a massive cardboard box full of dirty and damaged consoles, and I gave them a ton of work to do. They were super positive and friendly to me, helped me through all the paperwork I had to fill out, and then proceeded to call me with occasional updates to let me know how everything was coming along. They even did a few things extra that I didn't ask for but really appreciated. I asked them to replace my Switch joycons' drifty sticks. They instead upgraded them to more durable hall effect sticks with removable tops for the same price, and provided me multiple sticks of different colors. And that's just their repair services. I haven't even talked about the shop itself. They have amazing stock and super friendly service full of people who are both kind and knowledgeable. They have a ton of amazing games and consoles, both modern and retro, all tested in house and guaranteed to work. Their prices may be a bit up there, but you are paying for top quality every time. Anything you buy here is certain to be in about as good of condition as it can possibly be. The action of one does not dictate the actions of many. On July 13th of 2024 I attended the Ursula set championship that play 2 win hosted! Now some may not know but I had left a scathing 1 star review previously. The store owners had every right to ban me from playing in there event, but they did not! When the tournament ended we had began speaking about the matter of the previous review. As we began talking we both saw clarity in each other’s point of views (mine for the review and theirs from selling). My review previously was based almost entirely on the words spoken from an employee who most likely was misinformed. The owners handled this conversation tactfully and with grace. Their actions speak louder than their words for allowing myself and everyone else in the lorcana communities to play this typically paid to attend event to play for free! ( do keep in mind I am making this review after the event this wasn’t made to maybe get good graces to try and be allowed to play myself) Hosting a free event is a huge sign of the care they have for the community as a whole and changed my perspective on them as business owners who actually care which is something I hold dear to my heart. Ive never been more disappointed. my partner was trying to find animal crossing on the game cube for me. We are visiting town and thought we could find a copy here because no other place was carrying it. From what i knew the market price was 50 without manual, 60 with manual, and with memory card 100. When we called they told us it would be 50 without the manual and could go up to 100 based off what it comes with which was great! We go in and immediately dissapointed... it was 50 for a reprinted cover and no manual (it looks faded and sad) and then it quickly jumped up to 90 for one WITHOUT THE MANUAL. and then 100 with the manual... they had almost 10 copies of this game, it seems like they cant let go of it. This is almost double the market price. I could not justify paying for a product when i knew i could get it somewhere cheaper. It almost feels like they are trying to take advantage of people who enjoy the hobby. I just wanted a nice copy to put on my shelf and play, and i dont have high expectations.i was looking forward to coming here my...
