Burger King — Restaurant in Knoxville

I was having a nice morning and thought I would stop by and get a croissanwich meal. The worker who took my money was extremely rude to me. She snatch the money out of my hand and slammed the window closed . I then waited over 10 minutes to get my meal. I didn’t enjoy waiting but it was not that bothered by it when it finally came I thanked her she said nothing so I thanked her again still no response when I asked her for some catch-up for my hashbrowns she rolled her eyes and slammed the window again. I drove off and took a drink of my coffee and it was definitely more on the cold side then hot or even warm. I asked if there was anyway they have any hotter coffee she snatched it out of my hand and literally threw it very aggressively into the trash next to her you could tell the other employees standing without her seemed uncomfortable. She had a very frizzy hair in a very colorful balloon tattoo on her forearm .I will be going back to get her name and speak to a manager or whoever is available above her or whoever may be supervising her and not...

Trerrible! No service! I stopped in to get a fast meal, and the place was not busy at all. I was the only customer in line. There was only one family of maybe 10 people who were getting ready to leave after they got done eating. I also noticed as I walked in that there was an employee behind the counter just standing there on her phone. She glanced up at me and proceeded to walk to where I couldn't see her anymore without acknowledgment of me standing there. So I stood there for a while, and she never came back. Another lady walked up to her talking. She saw me too but also walked away. Assuming one of them would come back to take my order, I continued to wait longer. I finally got so frustrated and walked out. By the way, the drive thru was not busy...

Went through drive through thisorning. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY EVER AS T ANY RESTAURANT EVER!! I ordered a mocha coffee and a regular coffee she repeated back to me a wrong order so I told her again what I wanted she repeated ba the second time incorrectly I was very patient a d kind and told her what I wanted and repeated againsjethen screamed at me and told me to come to the window I am not exaggerating not even a little !!!! I cannot find the business office on Knoxville to make a complaint and the roll free number is not open to make a complaint until Monday. THIS WAS UNBELIEVABLE.
