Cantina Amigo's — Restaurant in Knoxville

Twice have went in there, once with a group of girls for a mom's night out, and a second time with a group of moms and our children. The children were from the ages of 9 to 11 and the asked how many menus so I gave them our party numbers, they didn't give us any menus for the children so when I went back and ask for additional menus they let me know that the moms can find the "kids" menu on the regular menu.... I then informed them all the children are old enough to read and would like menus also. Both times we asked to be seated at the outdoor patio and we're told it wasn't opened. We were never offered the dining room but both times were set in the indoor patio. Sound echos in there and the music was loud so it was hard to enjoy conversations. What bothered me is both times they opened the outdoor patio for other guest after we were seated. They tried to say it was because one table had a dog but there were at least 6 other groups without pets that we watched them walk through and sit out there. The manager was rude and flipped... When I asked to speak with the manager I was informed that she was the same person that tried to refuse us more menus. I would say this place is not group or kid friendly. ordered nachos for pick up like we do @5 times a week from this place to get back home and the order is missing the main part in nachos... the cheese! we love 15 minutes away and instead of just replacing the order they messed up they had given me another cheese and had me pay for the replacement order they were claiming on the phone they would replace.. now I've spent 40 minutes of my time outside of my first trip and I had to pay $20 for naxos at this point. I had given the manager a chance before getting upset at the situation to fix it. he was very rude and ignorant about the situation. I wouldn't recommend unless you can speak Spanish here because the use not having good English speaking hosts as an excuse to have you drive all the way back to have to pay for it again. Wasn't overly happy.. Granddaughter ordered bone less wings some sort of hot sauce.. She got in bone wings over fried & the wrong sauce.. I ordered the wrong item but corrected it right after I spoke & asked her if she understood I wanted the fajita Not the fajita quesadilla, she said yes the fajita instead. Yes that's correct with floured tortillas. Hubby was happy with his..She was really nice but not very attentive.. I got the fajita quesadilla instead and I just went ahead and ate it. I figured at that point it wouldn't going to do me any good and I didn't want to wait for mine to come out while they ate theirs and then I ate mine while they were done with theirs.. I highly doubt will go back there at least I don't want to go back there and I know my granddaughter don't want to go back there hubby he may want to but we won't go and that'll be the end of that...
