Never received food. Can't judge the food. Very unprofessional. They would not refund my money and handle the issue on the phone.I had to call corporate and deal with my personal bank. I order food for my employees for business. So I am responsible for charge on my account. I had to get this money refunded. The manager and owner is rude. Made spend over three hours dealing with getting a refund back. My bank is handling this at this point. I will never do business with this company in the future. You can't keep the customer's money. You need to learn about business and be trained before they let management or owners carry a franchise name. I will not longer support the franchise name or do business. You made a very bad poor decision on your part. You should handle the situation at your business the correct manner. The order was canceled due the last of store closing a hour and before. The time for delivery was the store was not available. I am not mad about not getting the food. I mad because I had to fight to my refund and jump through hoops to my money back.    Read moreWhen the staff do eventually talk to you, they are sweet. The inconsistant hours impact the guests and employees GREATLY. The cashier was not given a pen to check the authenticity of a 100 dollar bill and continued to rip it. Then abruptly LEFT the front register WITH THE CASH DRAWER OPEN, to receive change from the back. At least he took the time to make sure I got my milkshake... that he didnt even fill all the way to the top and awkwardly topped with vanilla ice cream. Sweet.. but this place is inefficient and unfunctional.
