Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Knoxville

I had my nephews birthday at this location and the staff was so rude and unprofessional I had a birthday party I had a full group and none of the children or adults were stamped upon coming in and not once was Chuck E. Cheese brought out and not once did any staff member ever ask for anyone to be scanned after we sat there for four hours and ordered 10 pizzas, ordered wings and drinks but upon leaving they didn’t checking anyone except for my party of people and demanded we show pictures of us with our children stating we could be “kidnapping them” then when I asked for the manager and proceeded to speak with her she was so rude and disrespectful and when I asked for corporates number she said it would be as easy for me to get it as her off of the internet and when I asked for her district managers number and name she continued to state that she doesn’t have it and wouldn’t have it and when I asked for her general managers name she finally gave it to me but wouldn’t give me a number and then snatched a paper out of my hand and rudely spoke to me all because I asked for her name and her general managers name and number because of the service and professional in the establishment I also have a video of the rudeness and disrespect and how unprofessional the manger was being her name is Sydney and she said her general managers name is Scott and I will be calling corporate and management for the way me and my party were treated at a supposed to be a happy environment and we won’t be back after my nephews party was ruined with ignorance the staff weren’t ever up front at the counter they stayed in the back we had to wait multiple times for them to come to the counter and they gave us a difficult time about buying prizes there weren’t many people only my party and about maybe three other families I was very confused on why we received the horrible...

They took the animations out no more dancing robot chuck E & friends! Instead giant flat screen TV that plays children songs. Another thing I paid over 200 $$$ to have a birthday party here on a Sunday from 4 to 6 thinking it's usually church time? They have moved the entire party area around , and they purposely put the parties on top of eachother I've had my kids parties there every year 2 parties a year but I'm not sure I will make that mistake again. We were so crowded on top of the other party next to us we didn't have a table to separate us they were basically scooted together not to mention we were in the middle of a party on both sides. Kids from the other parties would come to ours Swiping drinks, candies & cups from our party it was very out of control. The kids were probably as confused as we were since we were all stuffed together and had I party host for pretty much all 3 parties I found myself an my husband constantly searching for our host we sped the party up just to get out of there and our guests left within 20 minutes because of the over crowding. The pizza was awesome 👌 as always. Just very disappointed I feel like my daughters party wasn't what it should've been. The kids were so excited to see Chuck e cheese, when he finally came out we had to fight through all the parties u couldn't take a step back or forward or you were stepping on someone. I guess they had to make room for that LED floor game they put in which most the children I saw playing was literally rolling around on it as people stepped through it, kids colliding into eachother. My son was in the playground area going down the slide. There was another kid running through with NO PANTS. The mom was at the bottom on the phone mindlessly telling him to come on to no avail. When an employee walked by I told them about the child with no pants on loud enough so the mother could hear. The employee just informed her the child needed clothes on. Which, ya know, at that point that's all the employee could've done. My son went through one last time only to come out covered in urine. The little kid had peed all over the playground tunnels and my son was upset and said that he didnt see it until it was on him. I tell the parent, whose kid finally came out with no pants, and she said "okay" obviously not caring. I then tell another employee and point out the kid and mom. They say "okay" and turn to go towards the kitchen area. Okay so I was not happy about the lack of caring at all. I grabbed my son and my stuff and left fast because I had to get him out of this strange kids urine! As soon as we get to our car I strip my son down and wipe him down with baby wipes. We then drove straight home which was an almost 30 minute drive. I really wish I would have driven back after bathing and scrubbing the urine off my son to complain but I was fuming. Due to the lack of concern for a naked child running around and the fact that a child was peeing on the equipment, which I hope was blocked off and sterilized so no other kids got into it because that could seriously make them sick, we will never return here again.
