Taqueria la herradura Food Truck — Restaurant in Knoxville

I’m from California and therefor pretty picky when it comes to Mexican food. We tried many places before finding La Herradura and we were thoroughly disappointed every single time... Then one day we were driving along Kingston Pike and spotted this taco truck. My husband and I both know that the BEST Mexican food usually comes from taco trucks... So, we decided to give it a try. One bite of a carne asada burrito and I felt like I was home! Since that day we’ve been back probably 100x. The burritos make my mouth water just thinking of them. The street tacos are delicious and it’s hard to find them around Knoxville. 10 out of 10 stars- I always recommend to friends. Even my 4 year old screams “mommy, lets get tacos!” every time we pass the La Herradura taco truck. Best Mexican food...

Edit: They no longer sell the beef tongue tacos due to inflation from covid the crew told me it is not profitable anymore, id rather them raise the price and still have the item. Moreover the crew has changed and the food has lost quality, they barely put any cilantro and onions in our tacos and the quesatacos consume was only half full considering the container is already mini they give you just enough for a few dips of your taco in it. Anyways it became a 2.7-3.0 star taco truck. I know good tacos now 💪🏽 hope they come back here.

I hated going to any Mexican Restaurant here in Tennessee hell, Even back home in South Florida I very muched disliked beaner food but La Herradura is str8 flame, fire Only other Mexican Restaurant. 🌮La Herradura🌮 Has transformed my brain frfr now I eat LaHerradura multiple times a week their Mulita's with Light Avocado and some fresh juice icee concoction of just fruit and ion really know but it's dank ASF and great midsummer icee even better with sum him beam honey mixed in
