We go here all the time and love the sea boils, but the past 3 times the service was so un-pleasant !! Two of the times, we got the same girl and she never came to fill up any of our empty waters both visits. We even lined them up at the end of the table to see if she would do anything and instead she just stood right by the computers and talked to the coworkers the whole time. Even forgot to grab our drink from the bar and we stared at the bar and her to see if she would do anything to where we ended up started to approach the bar to grab it ourselves until that moment is when she noticed that it had been sitting there. Today, the most recent time we had Phoenix (we had him before and absolutely loved him, matter of fact we were braggin that we got him for a second) but this time, when he handed us the food, first off it seemed too fast… and wasn’t hot at all. It was the last hour of being open so that was put into consideration, but still… He completely ignored our table checking up on all other tables, and then talked to another for around 15 minutes and we just wanted gloves that weren't provided beforehand. We were waiting to see if he would check up on us at all but he was still talking to his other guests, so instead of interrupting him and the other guests, we went to the host stand to get gloves and THEN he finally comes over and when he asked if we were okay, we said yeah… needed some gloves. To that he was all like “gloves ? yall won’t like those” walks two steps away, comes back and says “yall will take them off in 2 seconds… they arent one size fits all” Basically, couldn’t do the bare minimum of service. Considering that WE are the ones dining in, don’t tell us that we don’t need the gloves when we clearly wanted them as they work for us 😭 Obviously by this time our food was cold. We also ordered 1/2 a lb of extra sausage and we most certainly did not get that extra that we paid for and not saying this just to complain, we barely had an potatoes either, that part wasn't even a big deal until the other parts played out. We ordered the #9 very spicy and it wasn’t even close to being spicy as we usually order just spicy. We all (5 guests) work in the restaurant service as either a server or cook and try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Not to mention, he yelled “can’t wait to go home” when handing us the check. As a server I know that feeling and deal with difficult customers and feel that way every once and a while, but we asked for the BARE minimum and couldn't even receive that. Don’t say that in front of customers that have been waiting on the server longer than the server waiting us. He had a very condescending tone and just seems like he always has to be right. We left right on time before close and would’ve left even earlier if we were attended properly. We didn’t wanna make a scene or be those type of customers, but that was honestly the worst...

I came in at 10:40 and they would not let us sit down and said we had to do take out on a Friday night. That is not good business practice you take people until you close. They were helpful and the food was good but that’s not ok

UPDATE: I came here on Jan. 24 2020. Since the manger rob asked me nicely to give it other chance and the restaurant at the time was new so I thought it could be better. The service is HORRIBLE! If your going to charge me an arm and a leg for seafood I expect the service to be adequate. I called at 8:37 pm for a take out order (which would have been a 100 dollar order) and the waiter placed me on hold for at least 10 min until I said hello a few times. Then I heard her say “I hate women like her” and proceed not to take my order. It takes me 20 mins to get to the restaurant and was on hold the whole time. Once I got there I tried calling 10 more times to place a order and the phone was “busy” because they took it off the hook. I eat seafood boils from restaurants and make them all the time. The service is unacceptable. WILL NOT BE BACK EVER (1 star)

Resolution: called one last time around 9 pm and spoke to a manger (who was not rob) was explained the waiter had forgot I was on hold due to a large wedding party that came in. I explained that was still not ok and the manger did not offer 10 percent off but when I asked he agreed to it. I made my 100 dollar order and the food was GREAT! The waiter in the back explained someone named Bree hung up on me the first time but she was the one that left me on hold (she is light skin women who looks like”Maggie” from greys autonomy) she was kind and apologetic about what happened which I Appreciated. The food has always been amazing. Change from 1 star to 3. Hope you have better luck than I did! The market price has went up as well since the last...

If you're looking for REAL Cajun food; THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO! I ordered the #5 combo no crawfish extra shrimp($9 up charge) Extra Hot Sam's special sauce. The food came out smelling soooooo good I couldn't wait to dig in. But, was I wrong. My first bite was the sausage; I'm not sure what brand they used but it's not it. Then, on to the shrimp. I pulled my first shrimp dipped it into the sauce in the pan and ate it. Absolutely no flavor just butter. So, I thought maybe that was an illusion being that I haven't ever tasted their food before. Now I'm from Louisiana where we KNOW seafood and how to season it to the T. I try another shrimp and was like oh no I CAN NOT! THIS IS HORRIBLE! My coworker said you're over exaggerating; so, he tried one as well and want to spit it out. He described it as seems like they tossed it in the sauce and brought it out. I said EXACTLY. I explained to the waiter, whose name was Jackie. He asked if he could bring my the Cajun flavor and see it that helped. After, we both tried that flavor it did not justice. The waiter returned and I explained that I will not and can not eat this food because it was horrible. He tried his best to convince me to eat it but instead of arguing I politely lifted the tray off the table and handed it to him. I never had shrimp that was cooked have a flavor of raw shrimp. My coworkers ordered the catfish basket, of course, from the way my food tasted I couldn't expect anything better from their food. But, to my surprise they rated their food 5/10 because of the french fries. I tasted the fried fish and it tasted STALE and was overcooked. So, if you're looking for GOOD QUALITY CAJUN FOOD, THIS IS...
