Crafty Bastard Brewery West — Restaurant in Knoxville

When we first entered, we were not greeted making us feel a bit unwelcome and under appreciated.We found a place to sit and decided on our order. When we finally approached the bar to place an order the person who took our order missed another opportunity to make us feel welcome.

On the positive side, the salad was good and fresh, and the beer was enjoyable. However, the pizza was less than mediocre. The large room and outdoor space were nice and clean. Overall, it was slightly less than middle of the road experience.

An industrial space that was our last stop for the day after driving quite some distance. After this, we found a spot to park the RV and collapsed.

Crafty Bastard Brewery is a nice industrial-feel space that is open to dogs which was pleasant. We've been away from our puppy for over a week now so it was great to have some friendly doggies passing through while we enjoyed a beer.

The space is large and there are plenty of tables inside. There is some opportunity here for power outlets to charge electronics while pounding away at a keyboard and I did have to pop back out to the car to get a coat for Mrs. K. as she was freezing while we were here....

We weren’t able to enjoy any food or drinks, but are giving five stars for how nice and accommodating Candy was. We were supposed to stay in our RV as part of the Harvest Host program. Because we were caught in a 3 hour traffic delay due to a multi-vehicle crash that closed I-40, we didn’t arrive until after closing. But Candy could not have been more friendly and helpful in permitting us to stay even though we were too late to purchase. You could tell by how fun she was that this place would be a great place to visit. We will definitely be back on our trip home so we can enjoy some good food and drinks. Again, many...
