WOW! So, I work across the street at JTV and sometimes pop in to see what they have in stock. My boyfriend and I also came here to pick out my engagement ring. I rarely leave reviews; and I don’t feel obligated to even though I work for the parent company, but I honestly feel compelled to share my experience with fellow shoppers. The customer service is OUTSTANDING. There is a gentleman (I’ll find out his name and update later but for some reason I want to say David?) that I’ve talked to a few times who always goes above and beyond to make his customers, myself included, 110% satisfied..& this was evident far before he knew I was an employee. Also- when it comes to typical jeweler services (sizing, putting a stone in a setting, etc.), their prices simply cannot be beat. To the Gemstore- thank you for all your patience, hard work, and willingness to go the extra mile! You’re all an awesome...

JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA PD JUST CALLED ME!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ BUYER BEWARE!!! JTV is a SCAM. Do not buy. My Christmas package ended up discarded in Jacksonville Florida...how it got there? When it originated in KNOXVILLE TENNESSEE?? IDK?! THEY REFUSE TO REFUND. TELLING ME IM LYING ABOUT WHAT WAS ON THEIR SITE. I see others complaining about the "2 Day ship" on other posts. Customer for YEARS never again.

I placed two orders, less than 12 hours apart. First order was here in LESS than "2-Day Ship"... UNACCEPTABLE. NEVER AGAIN. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE!

IF you want hundreds of dollars of your money unaccounted for, just floating in "shipping world" then JTV is YOUR...

OK I confess. This was first on my must do list on our Smoky Mtn. trip, but due to uncontrollable circumstances we didn't make it...and it was our 30th wedding anniversary trip and momma was anticipating papa to do some serious shopping here! Bummer! So, since we didn't get to shop here how could I do 5 stars? Because I took the JTV plunge a few years back and have been amazed at the quality for the price. Knowing this integrity, can't imagine the store would be less. Hope to fatten up my piggy bank for a follow up trip back to the area sooner than later. Am sure the 5 stars will stick upon visit but will tell you truly. Meantime, we're back to JTV for more...
