I honestly don't know where to begin...we've never been and wanted to try a new place...so we found this place...a 2 hour drive away...it was ok at first...it was hard to figure out what we needed to do as soon as we came thru the door..it was confusing and a little chaotic..finally got checked in ect...the people at the front desk were very patient and nice..first issue was the height requirement..it says the need to be a certain height on the sign but apparently that's wrong and the kids need to be taller than the height they have posted..there was trash absolutely everywhere and the bathrooms were pretty rough..just the smell alone was bad enough..at the top where the big inflatable is it wasn't aired up as it should have been and my 4 yr old got stuck in the edges around it. The obstacle course/ ball pit was pretty cool but there was an entrance side and then the exit side...kids were doing whatever they wanted .both my son's and myself got hit multiple times in the head from kids slinging the plastic balls...there was no employee to supervise.I understand accidents happen but they were slinging those plastic clear balls purposely trying to hit people..after letting it slide 4 times I finally told multiple kids they needed to stop throwing stuff which in response I was told that Im not their momma and I cant tell them what to do.just to find out these kids parents were on the outside of the pit sitting down and watching their phones instead of their children. The parents never said a word and didn't even try to stop their kids. So we left that area before something really bad happened and my son's were hurt mor since there was no employees even around to help me..And I realize that yes they are just plastic balls..and you wouldn't think they would hurt ..but when someone is slinging them at your head on purpose from 2 foot away..then yes they hurt. Both of my sons have knots on their head where they were hit...these were not little toddlers throwing stuff these were kids at least 8 and up. Next we went to the dodgeball trampoline area. I didn't care for this area as soon as I saw it..there was toddlers in it along with my own toddler and some bigger kids around 8-10 years old, Some grown ups..and the rest were teenagers. None of them were playing right which isn't a big deal untill the teenagers started their own war..they were purposely trying to hurt each other..my youngest got knocked down and hit in the head once again and they just kept going...a grownup saw my son go down and he was able to get a hold of him and get him up out of the way before he was trampled on. As I'm standing holding my son outside of the dodgeball room trying to calm him down and see if he was ok one of the teenagers purposely threw a ball at my head and thankfully missed..by that point my husband had to step in and basically threaten them to stop. Right after that I had to get my 2 oldest boys out of there because they were getting hit in the face and the head..from just inches away. There was no reason for any of them to be purposely trying to hurt other people. We had to run in and grab a child that was not mine because he twisted his ankle and he went down and was screaming crying his face bright red and holding his ankle nobody even stopped to help him or see if he was ok..just kept throwing stuff at him and running over top of him. I don't know the boy but we found his mom and got him to her..I don't know if he's ok..I hope he is but she had to carry him to their car to take him to the ER. He couldn't even stand on it..we looked for an employee to step in and enforce the rules that are posted..but of course there was none in sight. After that it seemed to just go down hill..we waited multiple times for an employee to come to hook us up..another employee had to go find the employee that was supposed to be running the zip lines/ the walk around part in the air. It took almost 15 min. To find him. Unfortunately there was a lot of stuff that wasn't working. It's a neat place but it needs better...

I told every person I could about his outspoken effective leadership and they had such a HARD SWOLLOW sideways attitude AND to good to hear it and cocky appointed attention spans .. I felt and remembered how HIGH SCHOOL gossip girls played there self and “glory’s of awe””spoken to say Robert there is nothing wrong with attitude but there is Disappointed parents and I won’t pay membership if I wasn’t blessed to be family of Corporate Robert and Mrs. Browning.. thank you all for your gifts of life tokens to the park. There is nothing wrong with the place there is great in the groups of employees but mean girls and sad people too...
Read moreThis place has potential to be a blast, that's certain. But that's really as far as it goes... potential. Here's the problems:
The whole time I was there, I never saw anyone working there who was over... 25? Maybe 20? And they were short staffed. So the result is a staff of kids who really don't care too much, and tend to cluster together, chatting with each other and acting cool to impress each other. There were entire sections that never saw a monitor. My kid tried to go down a slide and a high school dude came down behind him, hitting him and pushing him down the slide. No monitor. Earlier in the ball pit, a 15 year old girl was continously throwing balls at my 4 year olds head, who cried out my name in confusion and some fear. I asked her to stop, and she just walked away. No monitors or employees were in sight Why are a bunch of high schoolers clustered at the corner on top of the playground tower up in the shadows? No one knows, and no monitor is around to check. That leads to the second problem...
Dangerous for little kids - they need to seperate adults from toddlers and monitor that. My little boys had a blast there, no doubt. But as they were bouncing around, they we oblivious to the 18+ year old linebackers who were running full speed, jumping 10 feet in the air, landing out of control, flopping 4 feet in the air at top speed, just barely missing my 4 year old's head and certain concussion. Later, another big dude was doing backflips and clobbered my 6 year old. He ran away. No staff was there to stop these guys from barreling around at top speed, and I don't know how little kids don't get hurt. They need to separate adults from toddlers in this format and have monitors who somewhat care.
It could use some maintenance- it's not horrible, and it was probably pretty nice before, but it feels a bit worn down and dirty now.
Expensive for adults who must pay, but really cant do more than 10% of the events without clobbering toddlers
Strange concessions- no coffee, but alcohol. Alcohol and trampolines, with a skeleton crew of staff all...
