It was our first time trying this restaurant as we were visiting Knoxville. The exterior itself looked quite shabby, but we decided to try it anyways seeing the high reviews and dinner price for “all-you-can-eat”. Upon entering the restaurant, there was a nice young lady who took us to our table. At first, the table she originally had planned for us was wiped down and clean. Just as we were about to sit down, a lady with short hair who was aggressively sweeping told us to sit at the table she had just been cleaning. Underneath the table was vile. It was filled with food despite her “sweeping”. She also kept shouting throughout the dinner service which made it very uncomfortable to eat. At one point, when she served drinks to those sitting beside us, she had slammed the drinks down and stuck her fingers in the drink when they asked “which one is which?” (The drinks were quite similar in color). Those next to use then turned to me and rose their hands in confusion stating “what the **** is wrong with her”. Moving onto the food, although there was a wide selection to choose from, it was not delicious whatsoever. The butter fried shrimp was so salty to the point where it was bitter. The beef from the broccoli had chunks of fat which made it very unappetizing to stomach. The clams itself were not washed thoroughly considering how much sand it had when bitten into. The only decent item was their stir fried noodles. It was nicely seasoned, but even then it below standards. Overall, even with the price being cheap for an “all-you-can-eat” buffet, I will definitely not return. It was one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever been too, and the lady should not be working in customer service with the way she acts. Additionally, the quality of the food is just not there. It just seems very unhygienic. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Wow, wow, wow! What a wonderful buffet at Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet. It really is supreme. Everybody that I talked with said their food was fantastic. You can rave about this fantastic buffet, so many varieties of food and all displayed very well. The restaurant is large, offering plenty of room for larger groups with for different rooms. The main room has two separate area for diners. Plenty of parking on a big lot. Easy to find right off Kingston Hwy, you can't miss it. Already wanting to go back! cmilton111 Google Guide 12.17.2020

Pretty great for the price. The restaurant is clean and the servers are polite. There’s an absolutely huge selection from Chinese-American favorites like sesame chicken and egg rolls to made-to-order hibachi and a ready-made sushi selection. Everything tasted great and everything that was supposed to be hot was hot. The egg drop soup was delicious and the General Tso’s just right. This isn’t gourmet by any means, but it isn’t intended to be. About $15 per adult with soda and the tip. Hits the spot when you really want casual Asian fare.

I love their food, but I experienced a very sour situation there on my son’s birthday. I had called the Restaurant on Saturday to ask the lunch hours and the prices. I was told lunch was from 10 am to 3:30 or 3 pm and when I asked the price the man on the phone said “I don’t speak English” I then said how much money? Money? And again he said “I don’t speak English, I’m not the manager, manager not here” and he hung up on me. We showed up on Sunday and asked the front hostess to please be sure to charge us lunch prices as we’d shown up at 2:15 pm and she said “no problem” and ushered us in. Food was delicious, service was good… and then the bill arrived. It was 16 $ per person, full on dinner prices. I only had budgeted for lunch prices. I told my waitresses and she had a gentleman come to our table. I explained about me calling the day before and he just smiled saying Sunday’s were full price and that he remembered me calling yesterday. I told him I’d done due diligence to ask times and prices and got hung up on. He then said he was the one I spoke on the phone with and contradicted me saying he had not hung up on me. So here was this man arguing with me in full blown English when supposedly yesterday he didn’t speak English? It was embarrassing! I would never in a million years take my family somewhere we could not afford and was extra careful picking lunch hours. He walked away smiling thinking the situation was funny and failed to resolve my issue in any way. I had budgeted for around $75 bucks and ended up paying around $96 or so (with tip included) We had a party of 5 people on our tab plus we’d invited 3 guests who also had to pay dinner...

I have gone here quite a bit over the years even despite the bad reviews but went in tonight to have a quality dinner with my husband and was craving beef and broccoli like no other and what better way with my grown appetite during pregnancy than a buffet right? I was wrong, me and my husband both were. He got sick from undercooked meat and some of the other pieces were so hard you could break your teeth on them. I was eating and everything seemed fine at first till I noticed a lot of the meat was bright pink, not very safe to consume undercooked beef while pregnant so I avoided the rest on my plate, the second round of beef and broccoli I ate to satisfy the cravings had me gunning for the bathroom, I didn't get a chance to even fully digest any of it before it all came right back up and nearly choked on it in the process. When my husband told them he wasn't paying the almost $40 for undercooked meat especially since his pregnant wife got sick he was ignored while the woman talked on the phone in her own language (wouldn't doubt there were some harsh words said about us but I don't care.) She gets off the phone and tells us we can go just to not come back. Oh trust me... I won't be coming back ever again. I feel sick as a dog to my stomach still as I type this review, I know they'll come at me for it,...
