I have had several poor experiences at this Chick-fil-A when it comes to order accuracy. On several occasions when I’ve placed an order through the drive thru or went inside to order, they have gotten the order wrong, left out food, or overcharged me. Or, it has taken more than a reasonable amount of time to wait for my order. The reason stems from having too many kids working that clearly are not paying attention to what the customer is ordering. Many times the staff seem preoccupied and distracted, and seem to really struggle to do their job. Just recently I placed a very simple order for a Chick-fil-A sandwhich meal and a small cone of Ice cream. When she stated the total, I knew something was wrong as the total dollar amount was higher than what It should have been based on what I actually ordered. When I pulled up to the window, they had a cup of ice cream rather than the small “cone” of ice cream that I had ordered...which was more expensive than what I had ordered. This could have been easily prevented by simply repeating the order back to me through the load speaker at the time the order was placed. I could hear a lot of background noise and mindless chatter, and it was obvious that the young lady was NOT paying attention to what I was saying. This location also CANNOT handle a large volume of customers at the drive thru. When it gets very busy, they send someone out to take orders on an IPad. The process takes too long, is inefficient, and a huge line of cars backs up onto Kingston Pk, while there is a huge empty gap between the actual car ordering and the pick up window. This location and the one at Turkey Creek are both poorly managed. I see help wanted signs all the time. And, no wonder. A business who is constantly hiring is a sign of a poorly managed operation. I have notified corporate of my concerns on a couple of occasions. And, have been promised that someone from the restaurant would be in contact with me regarding my experiences. However, they haven’t had the human decency to do so. I am just but one person. However, I come in contact with hundreds of visitors to this area on a daily basis as part of my career. I will make it a point to share my experiences, and strongly recommend AGAINST this dining establishment. Ever heard of word of mouth advertising?? This place doesn’t even...
Read moreSo. I come here about Once a month, because I get an oil change. My Son and I always get the specialty Limited edition drink…. So it’s ALWAYS A TRADITION. The past Three times I have came here, I have been a bit disappointed. I spend about $20 every time or more for Old, lukewarm MacNCheese, and a “Chicken Cool Wrap” that has ONLY lettuce on it… Whomp whomp:( It’s a little upsetting because it’s CHICK-fil-a. And there was no CHICKen in the cool wrap? I actually ate half the cool wrap and legitimately threw the other half away and just wasted $12.75. The Mac and Cheese was actually for my Son. He didn’t even want to eat it either… which made me sad. The Key Lime Frosted Lemonade was Fantastic however! And we both really enjoyed it.
The Drive Thru Line is TERRIBLE. Always, it seems. If you have 10-20 minutes at minimum to sit in the drive through, then you’re good. But if you have an appointment, or have to be somewhere at/by a certain time… I would Not recommend doing the drive thru. Plus, you could also receive your food and STILL end up being Boxed in… because there’s nowhere to escape! I would definitely recommend going in, if you have the time!! It would only be AT MOST 10 minutes!
The people at this location are very Kind and Friendly! Thanks for being Nice and having patience! But please, PRETTY PLEASE, fix the food issue. From the other reviews I have read, it seems to be an Ongoing issue!
Pros: -Kind Staff! -Good Selection Options
Cons: -Food is Poorly Assembled or Cooked/Served -Drive Thru Layout/Plan -Waitime
My Recommendations: -SKIP the Drive Thru! Run Inside! -Frosted Key Lime Lemonade is FIRE 🔥 Spicy Chicken Sandwich is...
Read moreI’ve never been to a Chick-fil-a that I didn’t like, but that changed today. Have you ever been in a situation where in hindsight your like “yeah those were all red flags that I ignored”? Well that was my wife and I today. It all started when we walked in my wife has ordered a spicy grilled southwest salad for a long time and ever CFA we’ve been to has gotten it right, except here. Honestly, this is the only CFA I’ve ever been to where both the cashier and manager were equally incompetent.
I understand having to ask questions, the cashier asked if they could do grilled chicken. My wife said they could, because they could. Then a manager shows up only to go “I’m not sure”, only to hit random buttons until he goes “oh yep, we do”.
That was the first warning, honestly we should’ve followed our gut and left, but we didn’t. Then the food arrived and it was wrong, I mean at this point it doesn’t seem surprising. They gave my wife the wrong chicken, she didn’t get any dressing, nor did we get any sauce for our food in general and our food looked like it had been assaulted before it was thrown together.
My wife went back up and asked for the correct chicken, grilled. She had to actually show and tell them what she wanted because they were so confused. To their testament, they did bring the replacement out quickly. Unfortunately, the replacement chicken had hair in it from the team member. My wife picked it off, but we won’t return to this CFA again.
