Dunkin' — Restaurant in Knoxville

Been going to the north shore store since it opened, order the same drink every time...med ice coffee hazelnut cream and sugar melted with espresso shot stirred well...for years if a new employee did not know how to make it or melt sugar I've always told them...today however I was told there's no such thing as melted sugar sugar I always have offered and told them how, but today I was told I DONT WANT YOU TO TELL ME ILL JUST STIR THE SUGAR..I SAID LET ME TELL YOU HOW ...NO MA`AM ALL I CAN DO IS STIR IT!! NOW my son in NH orders melted sugar and they have no problem for 7 years I've had no problem but today THERES NO SUCH THING AND THEY DONT WANT TO KNOW HOW EITHER, EMPLOYEES HAVE CHANGED SO MUCH IN THE LAST YEAR NO ONE THERE KNOWS HOW TO DO ANYTHING ANYMORE THEY ARE RUDE AND DONT CARE! After getting home I called for owner or managers number and same guy from window said he was mgs and said this is a franchise there's no owner or number said I could take a survey so I asked if they burnt down or robbed who do they call he said we don't have anyone to call...REALLY!!? How hard is it to put sugar and flavoring in a cup pour hot coffee on top STIR then put ice and cold coffee in after STIR and and give it to Me! This DD used to be awesome considerate accommodating pleasant customer oriented... now EMPLOYEES are rude inexperienced, and don't know how to make most coffee drinks, lousy waste of time...

I have been to this Dunkin' Donuts before and never had an issue, but last week I stopped by and got a iced coffee, and a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. When I got to work I had seen a roach crawling on my desk, and thought something was going on at work and reported it to my manager, then I bring my food in to the cafe to eat it, and when I unwrapped my sandwich there was a roach in that as well. They were small ones, but that means there are bigger issues. I knew that it was not a work issue due to the sandwich was very tightly wrapped. i was disgusted. I called them to let them know, I was not asking for a refund or more food (which I would not take), but I wanted them aware of the issue, and the girl on the phone told me to take her number and if I can take a picture. I explained to her I work in a secured area and tossed it out. Never talked to the manager. I will NEVER go back to this Dunkin' again after this experience. This place is just overall disgusting. Let me start out by saying I dont typically give bad reviews but this one is owed, this was the third and last time we will go to this location . The last two times had issues with order but this time the product and service were the worst. We ordered a simple iced coffee with caramel, whip cream and a caramel drizzle. Received carmel craze instead took inside since allergic to cinnamon. Rude older Male employee said "You should learn how to order properly" since we didn't order what was received the comment was rather uncalled for. Maybe in the future they could listen and ring up what was ordered instead of just hitting one button to make it easier on them, afterall that is their job. They did make a replacement but didn't grind up the ice (most likely out of spite) so half of drink was just big chunks of ice and a total waste of money. In the future we'll just stick to the other two locations and skip this one...
