I’m thrilled this bakery opened in Knoxville! We were in dire need of a place offering European flavors, especially pastries featuring walnut, hazelnut, and pistachio—my absolute favorites. The pastries here look amazing and taste even better! So far, I’ve tried the hazelnut-walnut donut, pistachio donut, and strawberry donut. Each one was absolutely delicious, filled with a generous amount of cream, and had the fluffy texture of a Polish donut that I missed so much!

The hazelnut and pistachio creams were perfect—not too sweet and not overwhelming. Be prepared to get a bit messy eating these donuts; they’re huge, with generous amounts of frosting and filling. This has quickly become my go-to pastry spot in Knoxville.

A tip: I first stopped by on a Friday around 1 PM, and they were all sold out! After chatting with the owners, I learned they’ve been selling out most days, so it’s best to arrive early. They also take orders—perfect for surprising your coworkers with some amazing Polish donuts!

I can’t wait for Tłusty Czwartek in February to celebrate it properly with these Polish donuts. I highly recommend stopping by—you...

I’ve heard a lot of things about this place and made sure to show up early before the bakery sold out. I showed up an hour after opening and there was a line and some items were running low.

I got a plain croissant and a raspberry donut.

The plain croissant was to see what their baseline is. It was an excellent croissant. I asked for the croissant to be warmed up but it wasn’t possible, which was a bummer.

The raspberry donut was lovely, but I was really disappointed to find that they put in very little filling. I kept taking more and more bites waiting for the filling until I finally got the filling, which was such a small amount it didn’t take up the entirety of a mouthful. I’d say it was about a 1.5 tsp worth, not very proportional to such a hearty sized donut.

I’ll come back to try flavored croissants and try again with another donut. If the donuts continue to have such small amounts of filling, I don’t think it’d be worth a...

This is hands-down the best artisan bakery I've ever had the pleasure to eat at! Real butter, flour, and high quality ingredients across the board, coupled with a passion for delicious pastries make this unassuming little spot a stand-out!

We've been several times; thankfully we live in Oak Ridge so we can't stop by on the daily. My waistline could never! 😉 I think the prices are excellent for such high-quality, delicious treats. Doughnuts are under $4 and the pastries are all under $6 I believe.

Stop by early; they can and do sell out! We arrived around 10 AM and they were out of a pumpkin croissant and my sister got the last Boston cream doughnut.

Also, they use real cream patisserie! None of that vanilla pudding tucked inside. Also, I do not get compensated in any way nor do I know the owner. I just love to patronize locally...
