I don’t know what’s happened to this location in the last few months. This taco bell used to be great for the last couple of years, food was always hot and accurate. Now it’s neither. The last few times I’ve ordered here it was wrong or missing items. A month ago I did an app order and they messed up 4/6 of my items and then forgot one entirely, and conveniently it was my entire meal and not my partners so I had to go back out and get myself food elsewhere. I also only got a $10 credit (that has also disappeared from my Taco Bell rewards) instead of a refund since it was the app. Well today I went back and didn’t go through the app because they can’t mess it up that bad if I’m there right? I even ordered it at the window because it was raining and I couldn’t hear over the speaker. Well despite that, they still forgot 2 things in my bag so I went back through and got those two things and one of them wasn’t even the right thing. How can you mess up my order twice in 5 minutes?! The Seymour location has the slowest line to ever exist but I guess I’ll be going there instead because I’m tired of wasting my time...
Read moreNormally love Taco Bell! This time the woman in the drive thru balled up my quesadillas and shoved them in a bag. Not the normal wide bag, but the tiny one meant for burritos. As a result the quesadillas were falling apart and sticking to the paper making it inedible. I went inside to get a replacement and the lady at the counter was super nice and took care of it. However when she brought the mistake to the drive-thru lady’s attention, the lady in the drive thru gave attitude and just couldn’t accept that she made a mistake. It really wasn’t that big of a deal; it was the attitude that got me. She may not have been talking to me but I heard everything she said. I got the replacement food and it was just thrown on the counter without a word. I wasn’t even mad about it, just wanted it corrected. I don’t know if that girl was just having a bad day or what but she needs training for sure. Handled terribly. I wish I knew the woman’s name at the counter though because...
Read moreWent inside for breakfast and service was very poor and slow. Service was slow because they were visibly understaffed with one older male and a younger male. The younger male was wandering around the back and behind the counter with cleaning spray, literally doing nothing. He would set it down, pick it back up, and wander around some more. We honestly thought there may be something wrong with him. Because this is occurring while the lobby is filling up with 8-10 people and the older male is taking orders. He's only taking orders and is barely talkative to anyone. I know it's stressful to be that understaffed but give some direction and at least be welcoming to your customers. We ordered 3 burritos, one light pico. That request was not honored and burritos were very skimpy but at that point we can see there's not too much that...
