Five Guys is known for its classic menu of burgers, hot dogs, fries, and more, and every time I visit, I can’t resist ordering their bacon cheeseburger with fries. The combination always delivers an explosion of flavor that satisfies my taste buds. While the burgers are on the smaller side, the rich, bold taste of every ingredient more than makes up for it. The bacon is crispy, the cheese perfectly melted, and the beef patty is juicy and packed with flavor. One of the best parts about Five Guys is that everything is cooked fresh right in front of you, and you can really taste the difference in quality. The fries are another highlight—they’re served in huge portions, more than enough to share, and always hot and crispy. If you’re in Knoxville and looking for a solid burger joint, I definitely recommend Five Guys. The only downside is the price, which can be a bit steep compared to other fast-food spots. But when it comes to taste, it’s a 5/5 for me.

Me and my family use to love this location. But as of late I don't know what's going on. We always order the same thing and the regulars that work know our order to a tee. They are always friendly no matter who is working. But the food part not sure what's happening. The time before last we got barely and I mean barely any fries. And considering you pay almost $30 for 3 large Cajuns and basically got what could count as one small that was ridiculous. This time around we got the regular amount but they were not Cajun just regular and kinda over salted. Me and my kid don't really eat meat have food allergies and her dad only occasionally gets the burgers. She also tends to fixate on certain foods since she is on the spectrum. So when she likes something and we are close it's what she will want. Not sure what is happening but consistency is definitely key. And we've always had great experiences till these last two visits.

The service was good, but it seems like some people here forget that they are working in the food industry. Aubrey took my order today, and she tended to wipe her face and mouth, then touch the cooked food with the same gloves on and she did not even wash her hands, according to safe serv, that is a health issue. I kindly asked her to change her gloves after I saw her leave the kitchen and return to my food with the same gloves, and she did, respectfully, and if she's reading this, I want to say thank you for doing that, over all, you are a great customer service rep with great leadership skills. As you may know, people can get sick from poor handling of food, and I don't mean any harm when I say, please wash your hands frequently while handling food and change your gloves as well. With love 💕

I want to start by saying Five Guy’s was by far the best Burger I had ever had. I travel a lot for work, and I have been to more Five Guy’s locations than I’d rather admit. However, upon my visit to this Five Guy’s location, I realized not all Five Guy’s are run with the same quality and customer service as others. This location servers up bad customer service at the register, by being short and very angry. In addition, the store started closing at 7 PM when their closing time was 10 PM, so half of the kitchen and kitchen staff was not being utilized. This caused our food to take 20 minutes to be prepared. In addition, the coveted delicious fries that we all love so much were cold because the burgers took twice as long to cook. It’s a sad day for me, and I hope you all never have to be disappointed when you expect the best burger and...
