had a nice visit at this restaurant this evening. Normally were here everyday for breakfast. Tonight we decided to come in and although there was a little frustration at first, the front cashier Morticia really made the visit pleasant. while the chicken tenders weren't able to be cooked due to some mechanical problem and they ran out of meat for the tacos my friend and I enjoyed a nice hamburger. The best part about the whole visit was Morticia who took our order with politeness, friendliness, and a big smile. It is employees like this who are extremely polite and I'll going that make a somewhat frustrating visit turn out very good. Please let Morticia know she's appreciated! We also had another great visit July 16th Saturday evening when Monique, JT, and Cody were working. these great folks took good care of us and we're very friendly and really are good at building relationships with the customers. There was about eight of us who came in here because we knew that these workers would make our visit enjoyable. Let them know they are appreciated as well.
Update on this restaurant. my friend and I come here often twice a day breakfast and in the evening. I like to focus on positive things but there's been so much chaos at this restaurant over the last month and especially the last two weeks. Tonight we came in and even without covid-19 it's a health department violation to leave paper toweling outside of dispenser and out where you can grab it with your soiled hands. We've also complained three or four times over the last week and a half about the growth in the men's urinals that's disgusting to look at ..green and brown growth and clearly they haven't been scrubbed in months. This restaurant was poorly run ever since it became a franchise store several years ago. Now today we saw 7 corporate bigwigs sitting in the lobby at supper time and when we complained and made suggestions you could tell that they only heard what we said and really were not listening with compassionate caring open minds. The breakfast group which comprises about 12 to 15 people on Monday through Saturday really carries this restaurant and even the corporate people and the area mmanager don't know any of their regular customers by name.. We've been corresponding and talkin with several handfuls of hourly workers over the last month and there's been a general agreement that it's not easy to work at this place under certain managers. In fact it seems like they have more turnover of hourly workers here than any restaurant I've ever been at in my life. We're all real frustrated because they seem to be very letter of the law and not accommodating. The food may be good, but theres been a lot of running out of things that just shouldn't happen like pepper, large drink cups, hamburger tpatties, chicken, medium lids on drink cups ice cream . They're also very chintzy with napkins and don't want to give out enough napkins for us to use and keep clean with. Since our group pretty much carries this restaurant you would think it'd be good business sense to try to get to know the people who pay for the salaries here and to be honest the hourly workers do a pretty darn good job of that but are not paid well or valued...
Read moreWe went through the drive thru and almost immediately, the girl taking our order had attitude. (I’ve worked in the food industry so I get it.) This girl was continuously cutting us off while we were trying to place our order though. This happened a few times, causing us to have to wait to multiple minutes at a time for her to come back and have us repeat everything we had already told her. After going through this at least 3 times, our order was still wrong. No curly fries. No kids meal. They gave us the kids meal sized fries but they gave us a double bacon cheeseburger rather than a kids cheeseburger with no pickles like we ordered. (There was also no toy but I’m not 100% positive if they even give toys anymore so that’s not a huge deal as long as I’m not still being charged for a meal that comes with a toy) The total time we were there just trying to place our order and get our food was about 20 minutes and we were the only car in line. Read moreI don't know what is happening with Hardee's in general but previously I had given this Hardee's five stars. We went there today for the first time since they closed all the other Hardee's down and the quality of food has plummeted. They did not have the jalapeno omelettes, we asked for fresh hash rounds and what we got was a mushy greasy mess, half the meat was off the biscuit and the cheese was mostly on the paper on my wife's smoked sausage biscuit and the bacon egg and cheese biscuit we ordered had one piece of bacon with the egg and cheese half off of it. Went to wash my hands when we were leaving and they couldn't even bother to put the paper towels in the dispenser, they were on top of it. They had no napkins and gave us paper towels ripped off of a roll.We told the older lady about our food,even showed her and she offered to do nothing. Needless to say we won't be coming back to...
