I don't like the way this location doesn't Care about its customers!! I mean they will replace your food but who wants to drive back out when they should get it right the first time!! Use A timer like Wendy's does for their fries!! Don't serve me nasty looking fries or a cold burger just to cut your food cost and throw away!!I mean our money is what keeps your business thriving!! Every business man knows this!!! Wendy's has a timer that they bush a button when they put the fries in to salt.5 minutes goes off and they are supposed to throw them away.. not saying every location does it properly EVERY SINGLE TIME cause I have gotten bad fries before but literally like 2 or 3 times for,ahh,maybe 15 or more years lol compared to...OMG I honestly CAN NOT count the times at several SEVERAL burger kings!!! Come on burger king!!! STEP it up!!! If people put more care in the jobs they did,No matter the title or place,we wouldn't have problems like we do in this world....who says it can't start with little places like burger king who sit quietly and take our money for bad food...and do it cause most people don't want to bother with getting out or the embarrassment of calling don't speak up so to replace the food of the few who do are worth it!!!I DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION PERIOD and VERY seldomly any other because it seems to happen just about every burger king!! Good jobs to the few i have got a very hot warm good seasoned burger AND good fries... Read moreI have no words for what just happened, it was beyond unprofessional. I was going to get lunch and I ordered, I asked for a medium #3 combo plain. She wasn’t listening so my combo was rang up as small, which I was fine with and didn’t correct because she didn’t seem happy to be taking my order to begin with. So I pull forward to go to the window and I see the “Please Pay at First Window” sign they have, so using my eyes and brain, I pull forward. I’m almost at the second window when someone pokes their head around the corner of the building and YELLS AT ME “CAN YOU BACK UP????” at first I started to back up and I replied “Yes.”. But then I immediately realized what happened and drove off, I will not be coming back… Usually the staff is lovely and I’ve never had this kind of experience here before, but it was enough to completely put me off. I got my lunch from Wendy’s instead! 10/10 and very nice...
Read moreThis place is the slowest damn drive thru I have ever been to. Sat in the line and it didn't move for like 15 min so went inside thinking it would be faster. Nope. They seriously let some guy go on break with it backed up like it was. I get people need breaks but every job I've ever had didn't allow employees to take them in the middle of rushes. Hell the employees themselves should be like, no I'm not doing that to my co-workers, I'll wait till it slows down a little. I don't get why places make the whole drive-thru experience so freaking hard. Chick-fil-A makes it work everyday with cars lined around the building so obviously it can be done. Maybe places need to hire people that actually know how to work and not just show up expecting a paycheck. I'll be a "Karen" long enough for this post because I never complain...
