I was driving to Taco Bell on Clinton Highway to pick up my mobile order and this is my first time using the mobile order on the Taco Bell app and I placed my order on the app and selected a pick up location and I place the order and I paid for my food and Taco Bell charged me $20 of my food then I drive and pull up to the drive-through and give them my order number or my name but they say that they don't have the recorder of my order on your computer system and I asked them why and I asked them. How can I get my food and I tell them this is my first time using a mobile app order on the Taco Bell app and they said I had to call customer service or corporate which I did and I was angry and mad because I'm hungry because I don't like people asking me too many questions when I'm hungry when I pull up to the drive-through window I get angry and frustrated if they can help me and why have the employee asking me to leave, but I did not leave. I decided to drive to to the parking lot after I left the drive-through window then I have to call the cops because they are refusing to give me my food after I paid them $20 to make my food and they say that they don't have my order indoor computer system, and I did end up getting my order the cops give me my order and I left. I wouldn't recommend this Taco Bell on Clinton Highway because they have issues all mobile app order getting it through their computer system. And a route Store Manager name is Rain. Same as experience on at this Taco Bell location. On Wednesday, October 16 2024 I have a place a mobile order on the app. While my parents drive me to Taco Bell while I was order my food and drinks in the app. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order. The employee or the other manager asked if I am picking up a DoorDash order I said no I am here to pick up my mobile app order and they staff asked for my name on the order and I said my name is Alvin T and the manager name Rain hear me said my name she started to talk smack about me with one of her employees saying Taco Bell have took $20 because they don't have order in their computer system when after I paid them $20 for my food and drink. So I let it slide and when the other manager give me my order and I asked is it everything in their computer system bag that I have ordered and she said yes. When I leave the store and my parents drive me home I don't see my cinnamon twist in the bag so I called back to the store where I ordered and picked up this order the manager named Rain answered my phone call then I tell her I was there at her store earlier and introduce my name over the phone said my name is Alvin Ton and tell her you guys to put my cinnamon twist in the bag and she rudely hung up on the phone. Then I have my little sister drive back to the store picked up my cinnamon twist and tell her other manager I was there earlier ask her is it everything in the bag that I have ordered she said and tell her I have one missing item is cinnamon twist and tell her when I get home I don't see my cinnamon twist in the bag and she have a the cinnamon twist and 2 coupons and tell her I have called in the store and the store manager Rain I was there that I have missing items and she hung up on me and file a complaint against her with other manager at the time. ( I thought maybe they ask at the window) For the second box I chose a Strawberry Skittles drink. I get there drive thru is backed up wait 10 min to get to speaker. Give them my name for online order .I get to window, guy is trying to hand me a mountain dew and Pepsi. I never chose the type drink for first box and the second should have been an icee. I say I'll take the Pepsi but I didn't order a mountain dew. The guy argues with me. Tells me that the computer says I did. I tell him no, I ordered and paid for an icee. He says no ma'am you did not. Still trying to force the mountain dew on me. The straw Skittles icee is for my 5 year old so I'm getting annoyed. I said fine, no one drinks moubmoun dew in my house but I'll pay the difference again for the Skittles. He said no you can not do that. I have no way to charge you since you ordered online and you ordered a mountain dew . Ahhh I did not but fine just give me another Pepsi then. I then remember I have a receipt in my email. I grabbed my phone as he's getting a Pepsi and sure enough I didn't order a mountain dew and I was upcharged for the icee. So now I'm showing him the receipt he's still arguing that the computer shows this but I don't care, I paid for this not that and I want that Icee for my baby! He seen me on my phone and was like, oh please don't write a bad review which I wasn't at the time. Yet I got home after having to argue for almost 10 minutes about an icee I paid for to find out the mini quesadilla that I paid to upgrade to steak instead of chicken was wrong too. It was chicken.
