Crumbl — Restaurant in Knoxville

I have ordered cookies from here several times but each time there's been an issue. My main issue is the fact that they allow their line to build up which effects those wanting to visit super chix if they do not turn into the shopping center. On grand opening day I ordered a couple boxes of cookies but they over- lapped one of the cookies and that wouldn't be horrible except for the fact that that box was a gift. The most recent issue happened today when the dasher went to pick up my order and had to message me that they were in line and only half way to the front of the line to pick up my order. I hope they figure out how to manage their line because with their limited days and hours this doesn't look good for them. I've visited a few crumbl cookies with similar location sizes that did not have any issues managing their lines. On top of that, the smores brownie cookie was burr around the edges which I've also never experienced before. I love Crumbl Cookies so I truly hope this location works...

This place has been spectacular since they opened. My most recent visit on 7/13 around 7:50pm I placed a mobile order for a party box. I had my two year old daughter with me and they promptly offered to walk to my car with me so I could hold her hand through the parking lot. I didn’t ask either of ladies working to do this it was truly so kind of them to offer to help me. I’ve been here twice so far and both experiences were spectacular. I’ve seen many people complain of the line. I thought the line moved very quick and I received my cookies quickly as well. Online ordering is more convenient if you’re in a rush or something but if you choose to wait I think the service is quite fast considering the volume of customers they have. And of the course the cookies...

The first time I ordered from the app for delivery, it never arrived. The order said it was delivered but it was not. They use DoorDash to deliver their products, but there is apparently no way to know who your dasher is or where they took your cookies. I called and talked with a man on the phone who told me he’d just give a refund. I got my refund. I still dont know what happened to my cookies or who messed it up. The second time (today), my dasher texted me saying he couldn’t find my apartment, then called me and told me he cancelled the order, even though he was already in the complex, and just hung up. I called Crumbl AND DoorDash about it, neither were helpful and I was not issued a refund. 45 dollars down the drain. Don’t rlly understand...
