My fiancé and I like to go to Hardee’s some weekends to eat breakfast. We often visit this location as it is the closest to our house. We decided to dine-in so we could enjoy our food fresh. The cashier stood at the counter blankly waiting for us to order. Her name was Kierra. I was not able to locate the breakfast platter on the menu, so I tried to ask what was on the platter and she said they have several. I said okay, I want one of those, what are the options? She quickly spouted a list of food items and I was unclear if they were options or if it came with everything. Confused I said I wanted sausage, she replied what else. I tried to say I wanted everything that comes with the platter and she kept asking what else. I didn’t understand what she meant. When, I realized what she meant finally, she laughed at me, in a mocking way. I tried to order a drink and she said what drink. I felt flustered from the confusing exchange and having been laughed at. So, I asked for a Diet Coke and she lost her patience and hardened her tone when repeating herself. I tried to explain that I felt confused by what she was communicating. She rudely explained she was asking what size. I felt ridiculed and I asked to work with a different cashier. She stood back and shouted over to another worker and pointed at me and loudly talked about how confused I was and that I insisted to have someone else ring me up. When the new cashier came over, I could still hear the previous cashier talking about me loudly and pointing. It felt like just because I was confused, that she was making a spectacle of me. So, I then asked the new cashier for a manager, she replied she was new and she didn’t know who the manager was. I insisted that there must be someone I could speak to, so she asked Kierra (the one being unkind) who the manager was. Kierra shouted so the lobby could hear that I had a complaint and talked loudly about how I couldn’t understand her questions about the platter or drink size. A shift lead named Shawnie came over and spoke with me. She was very kind, but the damage was done already. I have never felt so publicly belittled by an employee. I never got mad or stooped to the cashier’s level, I simply didn’t understand what the cashier was asking of me. Employees should never ridicule a customer, no matter how many time they have to repeat themselves or explain something. I am appalled at the...

They did not refund my money, these people robbed me for $ 7.40.....i can't believe this, i guess i will call a lawyer. I have been staying in knoxville for a couple days visiting a friend. While I'm out I will only eat Hardee's breakfast, so for a couple days I've been craving their Frisco breakfast sandwich. Oh boy, so on Tuesday May 27th, 2025 @ 730am I hit up Hardee's for a wonderful Frisco z breakfast Sandwich and a small cherry coke. As I made my drink I checked my sandwich, as I always do. I was mad when I unwrapped this thing. The one side of sourdough bread was not toasted and appeared dry, opening the sandwich I see 3 tiny slivers of egg, and cold on top of it all. So I never put the cherry coke in my cup just ice and turned back to the employees and said could you just refund my money because, and showed the gross sandwich to the ladies. NO REFUND WAS POSTED TO MY ACCOUNT!!! THIS PLACE ROBBED ME! LIED TO ME BY SAYING THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY, TOOKMY RECEIPT (LIKE I WOULDN'T HAVE PROOF FROM MY BACK OF THE TRANSACTION!) GRRR THIS MAKES ME MAD! No joke, this is the reaction I got. 1 snarled her lip up at me like to say you eat that nasty sandwich white girl. And she tried handing me another sandwich. Another lady said what's wrong, as I told her again to refund my money she began taking the guy's order that was behind me. Making me wait, she finally refunded my money, but never apologized or offered any kind of regards to the sandwich. THIS IS 1 REASON I RARELY EAT FAST FOOD. I am a chef and if I eat outside of my home, I expect to have some thing decent at least. Not here, I was pretty much treated very rude I had spent almost $10 for just myself and the employees don't care about their customers enough to at lost treat them with dignity... showing off and also why the sandwich was nasty. People have no personality any more and dont care about the quality of food they are giving to people. I will not be back to this place and I will tell my people to stay away from harters Hardee's it's not worth another let down. The employees need to learn how to make the food, properly and how to deal with customers complaints... they get F and 0. I will report this...

I am here to tell you a story you simply won't believe. I' stopped on a Saturday morning in October . I ordered a butter biscuit . I pulled over into the neighboring parking lot and was going to put my jelly on and the biscuit was hard as a rock like a hockey puck, it had to be from the day before and also very cold like it had just come out of the refrigerator , it had not been cut in half and there was no butter so I went back around to the drive-thru to tell the young girl about my biscuit and to ask for a biscuit that had actually been baked that morning if there was one and for it to be cut in half with a little bit of butter for my jelly as most jelly biscuits are. You simply will not believe what happened next. She said okay ma'am I'll fix it myself she handed me a bag and once again I pulled into the neighboring parking lot and when I reached down into the bag to get my biscuit out apparently she had poured an entire pot of butter into my bag on top of the biscuit , the bag was a inch deep of just pure butter the biscuit had been saturated with butter and when I pulled the paper out the butter poured all into the seat of my car all over my purse and before I can get it back in the bag it was the biggest mess you had ever seen there were at least one to two inches of butter poured down into my bag simply the most unbelievable thing that has ever happened to me at a restaurant anywhere. I had to go home change my pants wash my purse come out and clean the seat of my car , the girl had poured my bag completely full of butter, I guarantee you she has no fear of...
