Heads up if you decide to do business here. While their prices may be good, we have had nothing but headache since our purchase. We purchased a king size bed on Saturday. Went to pick it up on Monday, got it home and got to the side rails and they were the wrong size. Due to rain, we waited until Wednesday to go back over there so they could give us the correct side rails. Got them home, opened up the box...no hardware. Asked the man multiple times if the hardware was in the box and was told yes. So after working all day, we make yet ANOTHER trip on Thursday to pick up our hardware. At this time, like anyone who has paid good money to purchase furniture and not be able to use it would be, we were aggravated. My husband asked if they were going to do anything to make this right because we have had to come back over there twice because of their mess ups. We live 45 min to an hour away depending on traffic. The lady let him know that "It isn't our fault, and its not our problem that you live where you live and chose to shop here." I work in the public everyday and understand that things happen out of your control but these mess ups were not that. Someone wasn't paying attention the first time, and someone was asked multiple times about the hardware the second time. Acting as though the customer is in the wrong because they are aggravated for the time and money they are out just having to go back and forth to get the things they need in order to be able to use what they have purchased isnt cool. Just make sure you check your stuff thoroughly before you leave with it if you buy...

I came in last minute. The lady was friendly but she did tell us she'd rather not do the paper work of financing 5mins before close. So from a business stand point if someone wants to spend their money especially referring to $500 or more, you make the time. She wasnt tho. Also the lady had no clue how to explain the financing options??? I just had to nob my head and pretend I was ok with her explanation stating " im not sure how it works" I started to test the beds but as I laid on them I started to sweat. Then I started thinking about all the other people that probably did the same thing and turned me away from testing the waters I've seen other reviews about the heat and see its replies on why. it is a warehouse but as a customer just be prepared to get extremely hot. Which for me made me want to leave immediately.The office area is like a tundra. Cheaper furniture shouldn't be the excuse of a building at 80 degree. Cut cost else where. Or make that last min sale. In the store the exhibition samples do not match the mattresses that were delivered to us. This store sells cheap and low quality goods under the guise of expensive at a budget price. As a result, we overpaid for poor quality in 2 times.

We bought three mattresses with boxes hier: 1 - Harlow Firm King size 2 - Sleep Inc Sleepy 6 Tween size 3 - Sleep Inc Sleepy 6 Full size

After delivery we unpacked the mattresses and found that some of them did not match the ones we chose in store on 3401 Huron street. The first looks like an exhibition sample, but inside it is made of a cheaper material. On the information booklet the chosen mattress was multi-layered, without springs. This is very sad, because we purposefully chose a mattress without springs.

The second differs from the third not only in size but also in quality. The third mattress, as stated, is made of material with memory effect (memory foam). The second mattress is made of foam not memory effect (polyurethane foam) and has another label with a different name (“Crazy Quilt”).
