Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because in the past ive had a good experience with this one. The ond crew used to know my order. This crew is ridiculously slow, argumentativeness and just lacking of common sense. Even with all these issues that have started to arise in never have problems with the veggies. Some put enough others I assume go by strictly standard but when I ask for a little extra to fill the spaces are happy to. Except for one. He put a thin spinach leaf line. I swear one single leaf line down my foot long with maybe 3 or 4 extra leaves stacked on top and I asked for a little extra politely he gave me 4 more leaves...so I apologized and asked fot just a little extra and even if I got 4 more leafs was gonna deal with it but they put less spinach than meat...i am not that big of a meat eater...i just eanted to taste the spinach. I said "im.so sorry I would like just a little more" to which he replied "I understand that but we have a formula" I looled at him weird since the meats were the only thing u usually had a problem getting extra with and can pay extra so I asked if I could just pay a little extra to which he replied no. Theres no way he can put more in my sandwhich...i just looked at him kinda crazy sonce ive come here every day this week and he offered the manager. The manager agreed with the employee and was incredibly rude. Said due to the economy changing subway is rationing the amount....it sounds more like poor management....i pointed out I intended to compensate to make up for the spinach loss since it would be sold any way and she advised it did not work that way and I could go to any subway and it will now be this way. She put more on my sandwhich and didnt charge...but I sure hope this is false and i wish they werent so ride since they are nesrest me. They also fit my diet since I can build the sandwhich. Read moreI hate leaving poor reviews, but after our 3rd terrible experience I feel it's necessary. I'm not sure if this is an issue with online orders or staff just not paying attention but our orders have gone from bad to worse.
First time there were some toppings that were missing or incorrect on both subs but we chalked it up to them being busy- things happen sometimes.
Second time the toppings were switched/on the wrong subs. They also forgot a bag of chips AND the second bag was the wrong kind of chips- we ordered SunChips and they gave us Doritos.
Last night we ordered 3 subs and NONE of them were remotely close to what we'd ordered. We ordered a rotisserie chicken, a club w/pepperoni (double meat), and a beast.... but we were given 2 rotisserie chickens and a regular club. The bread and cheese choices were wrong on all of them. They put the same random ingredients on all 3 subs, none of which were correct. Almost $35 spent and not a single item was correct.
I emailed corporate after the 2nd visit and received a general "oops sorry, we'll do better next time" reply. Unfortunately it seems like this location, as a whole, needs their staff to be retrained or management should get involved in some way, because I know we aren't the only customers experiencing major issues with our orders. And the lack of attention from management/corporate is a bit concerning. Read moreI have eaten at this Subway for years. I like the fact that I can see my food being prepared. Yesterday I went here and they had recently installed a stainless steel cover inside the sneeze guard plexiglass which blocked off the view from the meat section. Everything else was unchanged. I asked repeatedly why they were hiding the meat. It was obvious that they were hiding something, but everyone working shrugged their shoulders and offered no comment or explanation. The worker fixed my sandwiches (3) behind the guard then slid the first one just to the edge of it to add vegetables. Now I know what they were hiding. Meat portions had been cut in half. I asked repeatedly for a number to speak to the store manager, but again was offered shoulder shruggs and nothing else. I understand that prices have increased dramatically, I buy groceries. I would have been fine with a notice explaining the reason for the change and an offer to pay a little more for what used to be the regular portion. But to be treated as though I am too stupid to figure out that there was a reason for that steel barrier to be out in front of me is totally unacceptable! I did not purchase my sandwiches, I left and we went and enjoyed a lovely meal elsewhere. Won't be coming back either. I hate that, since this has been a place we have chosen frequently...
